TERRAZZA PAMPHILI, is a graceful penthouse renovated in a residential building in Monteverde Vecchio, a historic district of Rome just opposite an entrance to Villa Pamphili, the largest and most beautiful public villa in the city. From the large terrace of the apartment you can enjoy a fabulous view at 180 ° on Rome
TERRACE PAMPHILI is the right choice for your stay in a quiet and elegant. It has a double bedroom with en-suite bathroom, living room, warm and welcoming, has an ancient plate rack. From the large window in the living room you can enjoy the view of Villa Pamphili and see, the trees, the dome of St. Peter, illuminated at night.
The kitchen is fully equipped with all appliances such as traditional electric oven, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher (12 place), washing machine, iron and ironing board and a coffee machine Italian and American. On beautiful winter days you can relax in the solarium equipped with sunbeds and on spring and summer days, sunbathe. To cool off on hot days you can have a shower on the terrace (cold water)
TERRAZZA PAMPHILI is located on the 6th floor with a lift up to the 5th and then a flight of stairs with 19 steps up to the door of the apartment. For luggage, if need be, we will help you :))
Free WI-Fi internet connection and TV (Netflix).
The apartment has air conditioning and heating. Also available is dust extractor, toaster, iron and ironing board, 2000w hairdryer, 32 "LED TV and satellite TV. For your safety the apartment has a First Aid Kit, smoke detector and carbon monoxide and fire extinguisher. NO PETS ALLOWED - ONLY FOR NON-SMOKING.
The Tax of € 5,00 per day per person for a maximum of 10 nights is not included in the price. This will be collected in cash upon arrival. Children up to 10 years are exempt. For other exemptions ask Paola

We are in the Monteverde Vecchio (from greenish tint tuff that make up the hill) .This leafy district place behind the Janiculum which offers the most 'beautiful view of Rome, is universally recognized as one of the most elegant and welcoming of all citta'.I his views have made Monteverde Vecchio the ideal set for numerous films and photo shoots Monteverde Vecchio made the star of movies and photographic shoots. They filmed in Monteverde Vecchio Woody Allen, Paolo Sorrentino, Federico Fellini, Pier Paolo Pasolini and recently the latest 007 film.
E 'perfectly situated: central enough to be a 30-minute walk from Trastevere, but enough to feel distant from the urban chaos and smog of the city center.
Thanks to the great Villa Pamphili, Villa Sciarra and the Janiculum, tanks green neighborhood, the air is noticeably cooler and less polluted than even in Trastevere which is just ten minutes down the hill. The traffic is mostly local, with good parking .The public transport is good and easy to reach Piazza Venezia, the very heart of the city and Termini Station.
Outdoor bars restaurants and ice cream shops are scattered around the neighborhood.
It 'a fact that those who come to live here, hard to leave. Monteverde Vecchio district is a multi-lingual. Many foreign institutions such as the American Academy, American University of Rome, Institutum Romanum Norvegiae are based here.
From the apartment you can easily reach on foot or by public transport, the historical center. According to Google Maps these are the distances and the time needed to walk to some destinations:
§ Janiculum (1.2 km-15 minutes),
§ Vatican (2.3 km -32 minutes)
§ Piazza Venezia, the heart of the city (2.7 km -36 minutes)
§ Basilica of Santa Maria in Trastevere (1.7 km- 25 minutes).
§ Stazione Trastevere (2.2km-30 minutes).

supermarkets, fruit store, food pastry bakery, wine shop, bars, pharmacies and banks as well as numerous restaurants.

This is the most wonderful vacation rental apartment I have ever stayed in, no question. The location is perfect, the terrace has to be seen to be believed, and Paola has thought of every detail. The bed is incredibly comfortable and the space is gorgeous. We are already planning to come back this year!

I would highly recommend this condo, Paula was there to greet us and from the first moment she ensured our stay would be perfect. The condo and deck are beautiful, offering excellent views, day and night. There are a lot of coffee shops around, and the nearby restaurant Eden, and their staff shouldn’t be missed. They made us food every night, we just asked them to bring us plates and it was all incredible, especially if you like seafood. We walked everywhere and it never seemed that far, maybe 20 minutes to the Vatican, broken up by an expresso and pastry. Great stay, especially for two people, thanks Paula for everything!
