About this house rental
Beautiful little house classified 3*; well appointed and tastefully decorated.
The small town of Cazouls of Herault is defined as a "typical Languedoc village in lush green." Herein lies the charm of the place. The tradition lifestyle of the South is real here and they will not fail to strengthen your stay in a holiday atmosphere. The location is ideal for lovers of discoveries ; between Clermont l'Hérault and Pezenas, medieval village where Molière has lived before getting to Paris. Cultural visits are multiple, the Valmagne Abbey, the historic heart of Clermont l'Hérault, the village of St. Guilhem the Desert (Heritage of Unesco) ...
Another highlight of the area, the Herault Valley with White-water sports, several bases scattered along the rivers promote the practice. Those who are fond of calmer waters will prefer sailing on lake Salagou situated at 12 km, or the big strung white sandy beaches of Cap d'Agde or those of from the Thau lagoon to Marseillan.
This village house of 100 m² is comfortably furnished for 6 people. There is an air conditionning in the room to live and in the 3 bedrooms. It has an outdoor area of 120 m² equipped with the small heated pool, a solarium and a terrace. Large terrace of 30 m² ideal for sunbathing located on the top of the patio. The swimming pool of 3mx2m and a depth of 1.20m can be heated. Protected by an alarm, it is open almost all year round.
On the ground floor : entrance hall, lounge and kitchen with dining table.
On the garden level : large covered patio and enclosed by glass windows with barbecue and shower room with toilet.
On 1st floor : 1 kingsize bedroom with 1 single bed, 2 double bedrooms linked, 1 bathroom with bath, shower and toilet.
View over the village. Sorry pets are not allowed. The owner speaks Spanish. Fiber wireless internet access.
Charges to be paid locally :
Compulsory final cleaning at 50 €
Air conditionning by general meter reading at 0.25€/kwh. Separate heating for swimming pool at 0.25/kwh,
Kit comfort including bed sheets rental + 2 towels + 1 large swimming pool towel pool for 15 € / person, to be ordered before arrival.

La maison est décorée avec beaucoup de goût, les propriétaires sont très sympathiques et nous avons reçu un accueil très chaleureux. Le patio sans aucun vis à vis est très agréable, la maison est spacieuse avec une cheminée, la cuisine est très bien équipée en vaisselle et on y dispose de tous les produits de base, il n'y manque rien. Les chambres et les lits sont très confortables. Un très bon séjour et un accueil fabuleux qui donne très envie de revenir avec grand plaisir. Véronique et Philippe

Ein tolles Häuschen.. sauber und sehr gut ausgestattet. Von Aussen zwar nicht berauschend, aber eine tolle Unterkunft. Die Eigentümer Jean und Monique sind sehr nett und freundlich. Kein Wunsch blieb unerfüllt. Das Dorf ist klein mit sehr freundlichen Menschen. Ein tägliches " Bon Jour" hilft oft viel weiter. Jeder hilft und ist nett. Schade, dass der nächste Laden 2.8 km weit ist.
Das einzige Problem war, dass keine Parkplätze vorhanden sind. So muss man täglich diese suchen(in Umkreis von ca 500 m) Daher, auch das ist kein grosses Problem.
Meine Empfehlung: nach der Ankunft sofort nach den umliegenden Weinkeller fragen. Vorsicht!!! Es sind zahlreiche "degustatioen" möglich.....
Also, jeder Zeit wieder!!!

Nous avons passé un séjour agréable dans cette maison qui correspondait bien au descriptif. Nous avions une petite appréhention sur l'intimité des terrasses mais tout était conforme à ce qui avait été annoncé. A recommander
