About this house rental
New house designed by an architect, comfortable and functional, decorated carefully. Equipments are new and of good quality. Internet access wifi. House cleaning and house linen (sheets and towels) included in the price.
Ideally located, at 200m of a sandy beach only accessible from the domain, by a private pedestrian path, you will be seduced by the quiet and wooded environment. It is the ideal place to spend weekends and holidays in family or with friends.

This is a lovely property - modern, spacious, well-equipped with a good layout.
The bedrooms work well, with four good double-rooms as well as a great "dorm" that can sleep 8 on single or bunk beds - great for the kids (though they are all full-size beds).
The pool is great - I'd guess about 8m x 4m or maybe 10m x 5m though I didn't measure it (Olivier - feel free to correct this!!) Warm, clean, well-maintained. Also table-tennis, lots of sun-loungers, hammock (lovely!)
The location is fab - the property is on a small "domaine" which is quiet, safe and friendly with lots of paths to explore. The beaches are lovely -- a rocky one is about 10 mins walk and a wonderful sandy one is 15 mins walk away.
The wider area is excellent too - canoeing on the Golfe de Morbihan is highly recommended, but many other water sports are there too (diving, kite-surfing, sailing etc).
