About this villa rental
Charming villa on the Tropical Coast, 300 mt to the beach, in the animated city of Almuñecar. But you profit of a quiet situation and of a very nice weather
Ideal for families and friends group.
Street level : doble garage; stairs.
First Level : terrase with swimming pool; living room, dining room; open kitchen; laundry; double room; room with a single beds and bunk beds; bathrom.
Second Level : double room bed 160 with bathroom (Jacuzzi), double room bed 150 with bathroom; terrase.
Arrival Time : 3pm. Departure Time : 11:00am
Closed to a Park, 5 minutes walking to the beach. There are also supermarkets and some restaurants closed. In a quiet area but only 5 minutes by car to the center.
Bus to the center and to others towns; also to Malaga airport.
By foot for a beach life.
By car to visit the surroundings.
72 km to Grenade; 80 km to Malaga; one hour for the sky tracks of the Sierra Nevada

Die Instalationen, wie Herd, Spülmaschine Kaffemaschine eher einfach und nicht vollständig einsatzfähig. Aber man konnte trotzdem gut kochen. Die Erstreinigung könnte etwas gründlicher sein ( z. B. unterm Bett). Alles andere war völlig ok. Kommen gern wieder.

We had a lot of fun in this cute and causy house near the beaches (450 meters) - sandy beaches and pebbles beaches. Nice and quiet neighborhood, safe for our teens to walk even late. Nice for early morning running. Contact with the owner were courteous, easy and as frequent as needed. Warm and welcoming lady who oriented us towards various attractions and locations (eg Rhum factory). However comodoties in the house were mostly obsolete, old and broken (ice maker from the fridge didn't work, filtered water was almost hot, shade-umbrella broken, surf board broken, but most of all the pool was loosing tiles and we all cut ourselves on it - definitely it needs to be repaired (resurfaced). Fundamental to keep the house clean were minimal (garbage bags, handsoap, dishsoap...). Finally, and way important !! Ants were everywhere, especially in the kitchen, but also in the bedrooms and washrooms. !! The owner treated the house halfway in our 10 days stay but they came back. We hope they didn't choose to come back home with us 😞
