Perfect, but very noisy neighborhood in off-season.

Nice and clean apartment. Very warm welcome and quick problem solving on technical issues. Comfy beds.

I was in off-season, and the surrounding buildings went under reconstruction. It was extremely loud as buildings are very close to each other. It was extremely disturbing, so we needed to leave the apartment, despite we planned our days "at home". I was asking for information how long will it take this extreme loud work, so I can plan my day accordingly (1-2 hours or 1-2 days?!). The - not too - proper answer was: "I don't know, it is workday anyway." :-( So that was the end of my relaxing vacation...

An incredible place to stay, extremely clean, spacious room, amazing hosts. I would recommend to anyone who looks for a nice holiday on a great location with the beach at the front and the spectacular views of Mount Olympus at the back.

If I ever come back to this place, I will definitely choose this apartment again.

The apartment was recently modernly renovated and is exceptional. It’s one of the best and cleanest apartments I’ve ever stayed in. In reality, it’s even more beautiful than in the pictures. The rooftop terrace is amazing, with a wonderful view. The same view is also from bed. And last but not least, the staff were incredibly pleasant and friendly.

This property is so immaculately clean! The balcony/patio is incredible for eating meals outside and just enjoying. The bed is comfy. Very quiet neighborhood (at least when we were there) and our host was pleasant and helpful. So nice to have easy parking.

Host was so friendly and welcoming, room was supplied with all sort of breakfast snacks, even a small bottle of wine. Only a few steps from the beach and so many good fish restaurants.

Everything was truly immaculate—from the bathroom to the linens—showing a clear attention to detail and genuine care from the hosts. The location is simply stunning—just a few steps from the sea, with the mountains rising right in front of your eyes. You wake up to the scent of salt in the air and a cool mountain breeze, the perfect setting for full relaxation or spontaneous hikes. And the hosts… absolutely wonderful people! Kind, respectful, always ready to help with a warm smile and a kind word. They make you feel at home, even when you're far from home. I wholeheartedly recommend this place!

Excellent and modern apartment

Very modern apartment with big terrace and big space for my family. Very comfortable and clean. We are very satisfied from receptionist, who explain us for everything for our room and he welcome us with some free drink, cookies and snacks. Beach is very close and also center of Leptokarya. We would like to come again and for sure I will book in the same place in near future.

Super apartment after Olympus hiking

The apartment was clear and very comfortable. There was a parking for the car, nice balcony and view to the garden. It's very close to the beach and to tavernas, coffee and markets. The hosts are super friendly and assisting with everything. The price is near perfect for that season. Beds and pillows are very comforts. It's very close to the Olympus national park and it's very good after hiked the peaks to go to the sea level :) We'll come again for sure!

Perfect little hotel!

What an amazing place! Super clean, amazing value. Plus, you get water, a bottle of wine and so many other goodies from the host. So pleasantly surprised. The location is 1-2 minites walk to the beach and restaurants. Parking right in front of the hotel. They also have an elevator. The patio was pretty big, table with 4 chairs. Bathroom pretty small, but you don't soend a lot of time there, right?

The room was very clean, the same as the pictures. The owner gave you a pleasant welcome and left you coffee, tea, a bottle of wine, and some snacks on the balcony. The balcony is big and nice. There is a good wifi. The beach is in 2 minute's.

Perfect, nice place

A really nice apartment, the owners, Fani and her husband is very-very friendly and helpful. It is a big asset that there is a free parking lot in front of the building. The room and the whole building was incredible clean and fragrant. The entrance hall was more than beautiful. In the room there were a lot of snacks, and there was a coffee machine, I was happy with it! Beds were comfortable. From our balcony we had a beautiful view to the Olympus. We were here only 3 nights, but we got cleaning in our room, it was really good. The building is just some steps from the beach.

The room and the shower cabin was really small. But it wasn't a big problem as we spent only a little time in the room.

Great place to stay at a great price

The room was large and clean and all the furniture appeared to be new. I had a large corner balcony, which had a view of Mount Olympus, perfect for catching some sun or sitting out and having a few beers in the evening. The owner was really friendly and helpful and had left free wine, chocolate, and snacks in the room. The beach was 50m away and there were bars and restaurants along the seafront

These apartments offer value for the money. The owners take good care of their guests, but also respect them by taking care of the visual details, which is not always the case in the area. The interior is pleasant and cosy, without excess kitsch. Ovi apartmani su u sasvim pristojnom cenovnom rangu a nude vise od mnogih smestaja u okolini i agencijskih prevara. Kulturno su sredjeni, vlasnici brinu o gostima (vlasnik solidno govori srpski), lokacija sasvim OK. Dosli smo na jednu noc u prolazu, a ostali dve jer se isplatilo.
