Die Lage ist aufgrund der Zentrumsnähe sehr praktisch. Unsere Wünsche bezüglich des check-ins wurden berücksichtigt. Die Kommunikation erfolgte immer schnell und höflich, z.B. als wir nicht mehr in unser Zimmer kamen und ein anderes erhielten, zu dem die Schlüsselkarten funktionierten.
Die Bezahlung war leider anfangs falsch kommuniziert, sodass wir bei Check-in mehr zahlen mussten als vorher abgesprochen wurde. Das Warmwasser funktionierte an einem Abend nicht. Das WLAN war zwar vorhanden, jedoch so schlecht, dass es nur in der Lobby annähernd ohne Verbindungsprobleme nutzbar war. Die Sauberkeit ließ mitunter etwas zu wünschen übrig, auf den Bettbezügen sowie den Handtüchern waren Flecken und teilweise auch Löcher.
