This wasLovely little home and safe to sit on the porch late into the night! Neighborhood is older, but quiet.

The property was quite noisy. We heard the upstairs neighbor and heavy traffic noise continuously. Hard to sleep peacefully. The property needs maintenance, loose kitchen faucet and dishwasher, dinged up paint, etc…
