Spacious villa with separate apartment (included in rental, so no other guests), sleeps 8 people, has 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms and a big terrace. The private pool of generous proportions has been renovated and retiled in the spring of 2021. The nice garden has been updated in 2021 as well as we have planted many new fruit trees. Close to several villages, including Olhao, Moncarapacho, Estoi and Sao Bras de Alportel. The beautiful beaches of the Eastern Algarve are just 15 minutes away by car from the villa. In short, the perfect place to explore the Algarve or just the place to do nothing, lying in the sun with a drink at your own private pool!

In the villa (ground floor) a large, fully equipped kitchen, 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, a spacious living room with airconditioning and Smart TV. Around the villa there are several large terraces: the main terrace is equipped with a huge canopy to sit in the shade. There is a large brick barbecue that really does the job. The pool has a size of 5 x 10 meters (deepest point 2 meters). The surrounding garden offers countless possibilities to find a cozy spot in the shade, read a good book, or to enjoy a nice stroll through it, whilst discovering the many different exotic plants and flowers.

The apartment is accessible via a private entrance (stairs) at the side of the house. It has one bedroom (two single beds), a bathroom with toilet, shower cubicle and washstand, as well as a small kitchen with refrigerator, toaster, coffee maker and kettle. The terrace of the apartment boasts a beautiful view over a large part of the Algarve. Can you picture yourself yet, with that freshly brewed cup of coffee, enjoying the morning sun on your patio?
