Excellent location in the heart of Rome. Very easy to find. Responsive staff. Clean. Nice balcony.

Maybe shower battery needs fixation, low pressure. Coffee machine should be added in the apartment.

Building needs some maintanance.

The best thing about this property was definitely its location. It was conveniently located near many attractions, restaurants, and public transportation, making it easy to explore Rome and it is very near/walking to the Colisseum. Communication with the host was good, and they were responsive throughout our stay.

However, there were several issues that affected our overall experience. The room was very small, and the bathroom was extremely cramped and uncomfortable to take showers. We also experienced problems with the air conditioning on two separate nights. To be fair, the host responded promptly and arranged for someone to come and repair it the following day each time. We appreciated their efforts to address the issue, but unfortunately, it still resulted in two uncomfortable nights during our stay. If you are someone who values spacious accommodations or prefers a comfortable-sized bathroom, this may not be the right place for you. Likewise, if you are particularly sensitive to room size or comfort, you may want to consider other options. Other than those issues, everything else was fairly standard. The location was the main highlight of our stay.
