Located 3 km from St Anne, on the road to St Francis, in a residential and quiet area, close to shops (150m) leader price, Ecomax, pharmacy, bakery, bus stop.
An apartment with 2 air conditioned rooms, comfortable. It's called "papaya" and can accommodate 4 people. In each room a bed of 2 people.
2 separate bedrooms each with shower, sink and toilet.
Kitchen open to the terrace (pass course) and equipped with 2 hotplates, mini oven, microwave, toaster.
A terrace of about 12m2 for dining.
This apartment is on the ground floor.
Tropical Garden: mango, avocado, banana and coconut.
WIFI, flat screen TV TNT for each cottage ..
Personal welcome by the owners, Fabienne and Patrick are very caring.
You will be welcomed with the planter welcome and necessary for your first breakfast will be offered.
Above ground available.
For relaxation, outdoor Jacuzzi of 2m by 2m with 50 jets, including an elongated 5 places is available.
The use of the Jacuzzi is not included in the rental price.
Hourly usage are normally 18H to 21H.
Other ranges are possible in agreement with the owners.
This Jacuzzi is common to the 3 lodgings.
We are a small family structure.
WIFI, TV TNT flat screens.
All the necessary kitchen for 4 persons.
For the bungalow even kitchen equipment for the apartments but with 2 electric hotplates fridge.
Sheets, towels (except beach towels) are provided and changed weekly.
The owner speaks English, German, Spanish ..

Séjour très agréable à St Anne, les gérants de la location sont d'une grande gentillesse. Cette location comprend deux gites côte à côte ce qui pose problème lorsque que les voisins sont assez bruyant. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour. A recommander

appartement situé en rez de jardin contigu avec un autre gite sous le logement des propriétaires.Il est bien équipé avec du mobilier simple mais fonctionnel.Son emplacement près d une boulangerie et d un magasin leader price est un atout précieux.Une des plages de sainte Anne est accessible à pied en trente minutes.Autre point positif est la gentillesse et la disponibilité des propriétaires
