This condo/apartment was so spacious and cozy in a quiet neighborhood. It was clean, the beds were comfy, plenty of towels, linen and pillows for six people. We enjoyed our time there and getting to Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge was easy.

We had a great time. The only thing that could have made it better was maybe adding some blackout curtains to the bedrooms. We enjoyed sitting on the patio just taking in the beauty of the mountains. Loved watching the sunrise. Will definitely consider staying again for future trips.

The condo was excellent, much bigger than I expected, very clean, and just perfect for our vacation. We didnt cook, but the kitchen was ready for anything if i needed it. Loved the screened in deck. This is out of the renters control, but the pool was gross and extremely low on water. We didnt care if we used it so it was no big deal. Overall, wonderful rental. Would stay here again for sure!

The property was well kept. The condo was great. The few fokes that actually lived there where nice and welcoming. My girls had a blast catching fireflies in the evening. Both Gatlinburg and Pigeon forge where both with in a few minutes from the condo which was super awesome.

I have throughly enjoyed myself, the location super and the quickness in which you handled the sofa problem was spot on. I would ask that you check the mattress in the master bedroom, it has a sunken spot it. We will see you again!!!

My son loved having the pool to use during downtime at the condo. Most of the jets in ghe hot tub did not appesr to be working but it was still comfortable to sit in on a cool evening. The location had nice views and we were visited a couple times by a nosey (trying to open car doors) bear. Beds were comfy snd there was plenty of room for the family to sit in the living room.

Our stay was amazing. The property was very clean. And listing was accurate. Hosts were very responsive. We had a problem one night with our neighbors being very loud after midnight. I reported them to our hosts who then reported them to HOA. We have no complaints at all. We will definitely be staying here again when we come back down to Gatlinburg.

Checkin process was seamless! Great quiet location, bit of a drive up to it. We had everything we needed for our stay. Kitchen had a good amount of stuff if you want to stay in and a grill almost right outside of the unit, made it really convenient. We did see bears on the road by the units, so keeping things put up was a must. The unit was clean, had all the linens we needed except for towels for the pool. There are stairs down to the unit was probably the only downside of this unit, made carrying things down a bit of a challenge. Would definitely stay here again.

This property was wonderful during our stay. If you don’t mind riding in the mountains and seeing tons of wildlife this place is for you! The place was beautiful and bigger than I thought. It came with everything you would need for cooking and the beds were super comfortable. The condo is a short walk down some steps but nothing that is terrible. While we were there we counted 10 bears that we seen just riding up to the condo. It was exciting for the kids and even for us. The pool and hot tub were excellent to beat the heat. Over all I would give this place a 10/10 for the summer,fall,and spring times. I don’t know about booking for the winter just because of all the hills you would have to get through in the snow. I have family that will definitely be booking here when available! Highly recommend!!!

We had such a great time! This condo provided plenty of room for us all to spread out and relax, it's even nicer than the pictures make it look. It's just up the mountain from Gatlinburg so depending on how you go down, you end up right in the middle of things. We had a great stay here, we'll 100% book again.

The condo was wonderful, but pretty far off the beaten path. After winding around the mountain roads, we found the condo and was surprised that we had to go down steps to get to it. My mom has arthritis and that was a little difficult for her. We assumed a first floor condo would be at parking level. We had a great time other than the steps, but next time we will try to stay at a better location for her to walk.

Love the balcony and view. Beds and sofa are super comfortable. Close to everything, washer and dryer, kitchen and jacuzzi was a plus! We had the pool and hot tub to ourselves both times we used them. Saw a bear roaming the parking lot on our way out one day and saw a couple more around the corner on the way in one night, so cool!

We had a great time and everything we needed was there. Decor was adorable and mountain views from the windows and balcony were so beautiful! Beds and pillows were comfortable. Kitchen table was a perfect size for our whole family to play games, and the couches made it comfortable for the whole family to sit together. The drive is a bit daunting for those scared of heights, but it was definitely worth it! Would love to book this place again!

My family and I had a great stay here. The condo was well cared for and in a great spot. The views are amazing and well worth being a bit outside of town. It does take a bit to drive to the main attractions in the area, but it was totally worth it. The one concern we had was that the listing says it sleeps six. However, the condo has two king beds and a big couch. So there are not beds for six. It still worked great for us, but it is something to be aware of when considering this spot. Overall, it's a great place to stay.

We had a last minute booking, the property owner reached out immediately, with helpful hints, and kind words! The pictures truly don’t do it justice! We have stayed in cabins for years, and the furniture is never comfy, and the beds are usually terrible! Not here! The couch is so comfortable my husband and I both fell asleep on it one night, he finally got up at like 4:30 and went to bed, and I didn’t wake up till after 7:00! I never sleep till 7:00 lol! The sunrise! Oh! The sunrise views! The best I’ve ever seen! Very quite, restful place! Our teenagers LOVED it, kinda like they had their own little stay in the other bedroom with the screened in porch, and bathroom! I almost forgot the tub! Bring the bath salts ladies! I did! No words! Amazing! Amazing tub! 15 minutes from everything, and anything you could want! 10/10 in every aspect! Stay here… Thank me later 😉

Overall, the condo was nice. There were some issues with the expectation of cleanliness of the property and items that were available to use within the kitchen of the condo. The beds were okay but definitely not super comfortable. Within the one bathroom (one with jacuzzi tub), the shower curtain liner was definitely not 100% clean as I noticed some black looking spots on the liner. Within the kitchen, there were not many pots, pans, or bakeware to use. The loaf pan had noticeable rust spots as well. There were some stones/bricks that looked loose in the wall near the dining room as well. Overall, the stay was okay. We loved the location and the views of the mountain.
