Single-family apartment in Porto Colom.
With wifi, air conditioning hot and cold in the living room, ceiling fans, parquet, folding windows with double glazing throughout the house, electric water heater, fully equipped kitchen and paranbebé chair. Maximum capacity for 5 people.

Distribution:
Large dining room when entering, with a relaxation area in front of the TV, two sofas, armchairs, ceiling fan and a balcony on the same floor.
Dining room open to the living room, table and chairs for six people next to the kitchen.
There are two double bedrooms and one single bedroom. All have cabinets with hangers, shoe rack and window.
The master bedroom with double bed and bathroom en suite. A cot can be added if necessary. In the bathroom there is washbasin cabinet with mirror, large shower, bidet, toilet, hair dryer and window.
Another bedroom has two single beds, which can be placed together or separated as appropriate, and
a third bedroom has a
Individual bed.
There is another bathroom with shower, washbasin cabinet with mirror and toilet.

Shower towels and bed linen are left for all guests of the apartment including the cot.

The kitchen is fully equipped with electric hob, oven, smoke extractor, fridge with freezer, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, two independent sinks, kitchen cabinets and all kinds of utensils and utensils for cooking.
There is also an iron and ironing board.

Above the building, on another floor is the terrace. There is ample space to relax with great views of the bay, the marina, the lighthouse and the mountains that surround the area.
On the terrace there is a movable awning that covers the central area, the table and the chairs, a space reserved for eating. With comfortable sun loungers to relax and sunbathe, enjoying the beautiful views with total privacy.

It is not allowed to celebrate Parties or Events in this property during your stay.
It is not allowed to accommodate more guests than you have registered when booking.

The apartment is in the area of the church of Porto Colom which is the old area known as "Sa Capella" for being a very picturesque and quiet area.
From the apartment you can walk to shops, bars and restaurants.

In Porto Colom there are 4 magnificent beaches, three are 5 minutes by car or 15 minutes walking; are the beaches of Arenal, Es Babo and El Algar (this is a virgin beach)
The other beach is that of Cala Marçal in the other part of the Port. It is a beautiful beach that I recommend visiting just 8 minutes by car.
