This pleasant T2 apartment of 40 m2 with balcony facing south, is located on the 3rd and last floor of a residence of 12 apartments with lift.
The residence is quiet and very well kept.
A 10-minute walk from all amenities, free shuttle, line C serving the residence from the station.
Bassin beach 10/15 min walk.
Bedding is provided, towels and tea towels are not provided.
The apartment is equipped with a freezer, a dishwasher, a washing machine, an oven, a toaster, an electric kettle, a coffee maker, a TV.

The location is great since you can reach anything in the city by foot. The beach is right there too!
The owner is communicative and the neighbors very nice and helpful.
The apartment is well-stocked with anything you'll need. The only thing I missed having was Wifi access. They offered some alternatives, like an internet cafe, but that's not really what I was looking for.
