Located in Saint Paul en Forêt in the heart of the Var hinterland, 25 minutes from the beaches - 50 minutes from Nice airport, nestled on 1.5 hectares of land in the heart of the Royal Forest of Saint-Paul en Forêt, the Mas d 'Hermine takes advantage of the calm.
1 bedroom apartment of 30 m2 with access to the swimming pool and the Jacuzzi in a family property.
Independent accommodation on the ground floor with panoramic views of nature from all the rooms, independent entrance, equipped terrace for exclusive use, direct access to the car park without passing by the Mas.
The accommodation consists of a living room, a bedroom with dressing room and a bathroom. All the rooms overlook the terrace with a clear view of the forest.

- Kitchen: 2-burner induction hob, dishwasher, fridge / freezer, microwave, coffee maker, toaster,
- Living room: sofa bed for 2 people, coffee table, TV,
- Bedroom: 160X200 bed and a large dressing room behind the headboard,
- Shower room with window: walk-in shower, sink and toilet, hairdryer.
The west-facing terrace will allow you to enjoy the sunshine in peace and the beauty of the sunsets over the forest and the mountains.
Equipment: garden table and chairs - barbecue.
At your disposal and for your comfort: sheets and towels - air conditioning - wifi - parking space (beep for the opening of the entrance gate)
