The most calm summer vacation!

Everything was exceptional! But the best thing was the owners which were amazing, warm and welcoming people! Thank you for everything we had a great time! Not even a single problem! Everything is really well maintained, clean and most importantly cosy! I recommend with two hand!

The beach is a little far, but it’s the most close unlike the others hotels or villas.

If not for the diesel fuel smell, I would give an excellent review.

Nice and responsive host. The apartment is spacious and relatively cool even during the hottest days. Nice interior design and kitchen. Washing machine in the bathroom. Very big and green yard with a garden. The host was giving us as a compliment some fresh vegetables and fruits almost every day. There are 2 shower cabins outside with hot water, so taking a shower for a family can be parallelized.

The apartment is under the ground level (in the basement), which was not very clear from the description in the booking.com. So it is dark and with small windows. There is one advantage from this - the apartment is relatively cool even during the hottest days. Here comes the big issue - in the basement next to this underground apartment, there is a boiling room. The boiler there runs on diesel fuel. In this boiling room there is a custom made (I think) tank full with diesel fuel. The result is that there is a constant smell of a diesel fuel in the apartment, especially strong when the wind blows from the direction of the boiler room. The rooms were cleaned may be once during our 10 days stay, if not at all, while the towels and the sheets were changed 2 times. Weird curtain in the bathroom for isolating the shower space (no cabin), could be replaced with something better.

Excellent stay marred by the unprofesionalism and cold heartedness of booking officials.

The hosts and especially the girl were exceedingly polite - they gave us cucumbers and peaches from their garden. I have rarely seen an apartment so clean with all the necessary amenities.

I had a serious problem with booking com - the apartment was semi basement which I would have never agreed if I knew beforehand and when I told the marketing department that according to the advertisement I was supposed to have a balcony and view they did not condescend to answer. What is more the property is in the middle of a beautiful garden but nobody bothered to warn us that it is 4 km from the closest convenience store or tavern. As I never drink and drive we had to cook for ourselves. IF YOU ARE PREPARED TO DO THAT IT IS A PERFECT LOCATION. IF NOT... But I am mad because I use booking for ten years now and such an attitude towards loyal customers is disgusting. In a word it is a misleading promotion. BY THE WAY THE PROPERTY IN NOT NEXT TO THE BEACH AS BOOKING CLAIMED BUT AT 700 M UNPAVED DUSTY ROAD FROM IT,
