We recomend the house of BARBARA 100%. We are a family of 6 and everything was amazing.

Every thing was great. The house is magnifisent. thank you very much! nothing negative to write. the parking is also as is show in the pictures and we were dissapointed that we did not have some extra tim eto spend there. Thanks a lot!

Der Fussweg zum Meer ist nicht für Jedermann, ziemlich steil. Mit dem Auto sind es jedoch nur einige Minuten ins Zentrum und Strand von Santo Stefano al Mare.

La tranquillità a due passi dal mare

Bellissima casa, pulita. Le camere al piano di sotto restano più fresche e i letti sono comodi. Abbiamo avuto una settimana di tempo splendido, con max 28 gradi, ancora poco afoso, siamo stati fortunati e non abbiamo avuto necessità di utilizzare i condizionatori. ll mare di queste zone è bandiera blu. La discesa a piedi verso le spiagge è fattibile, con gradini, però non è adatta a tutti soprattutto in salita nelle ore più calde. In macchina comunque il mare è vicinissimo. La comunicazione con la proprietaria veloce via whatsapp e anche le vicine di casa persone premurose. Lavatrice e lavastoviglie, phon e asciugamani, cucina completa, due bagni con doccia come sentirsi a casa...

Wyjątkowe wrażenia.

Gospodyni obiektu bardzo uczynna, gotowa rozwiązywać wszelkie problemy zgodnie z oczekiwaniami. Duże ułatwienia przy zdawaniu kluczy. Doskonale wyposażona kuchnia: płyta indukcyjna, piekarnik, mikrofalówka, toster, ekspres do kawy na kapsułki Nespresso, duża lodówka. Z obu stron domu tarasy z meblami oraz leżakami. Dom posadowiony na zboczu wschodnim, ale wszystkie drzwi tarasowe z tej strony wyposażone w okiennice doskonale regulujące temperaturę w pomieszczeniach, nawet bez wspomagania klimatyzacji, która jest niezależna w każdym pomieszczeniu. WiFi działa doskonale, niestety tylko na pierwszym poziomie domu: w salonie i kuchni. Mimo działających transmiterów w sypialniach jest duży kłopot ze złapaniem sygnału. Zejście na plażę dosyć stromymi uliczkami i ponad 170 schodami zajmuje spacerkiem 14 minut wraz z podziwianiem niesamowitych widoków leżącego u podnóża miasteczka i morza. Powrót zajmuje (również spacerkiem), już 17 minut i z każdym dniem i wzrostem temperatury powietrza wydłuża się. Powinny mieć to na uwadze osoby o słabszej kondycji. Plaże bezpłatne, ale korzystanie z parasoli czy leżaków odpłatne. Niesamowite miejsce jako baza wypadowa do zwiedzania Lazurowego Wybrzeża bardzo blisko granicy francuskiej. Ścieżki rowerowe, wypożyczalnia rowerów. Parking na terenie posesji bezpieczny, ogrodzony, brama automatyczna, zamykane furtki, domofon.

Deux semaines qui sont passées trop vite!

Quelle heureuse surprise de découvrir à notre arrivée un logement immense, 3 grandes chambres, 2 salles de bains, très beau séjour, terrasse avec vue mer à 180°.L'équipement complet de la cuisine, la propreté, le parking, tout est superbe, prestations haut de gamme. Merci a Barbara pour le soin apporté à cette location d'un appartement qui restera pour nous la référence de la haute qualité

Rien! (à part le fait qu'il faut aller à la mer en voiture, route sinueuse mais bonne)
