CORDELIERS / JACOBINS. PENINSULA. The 44 m2 apartment is very bright. Its location is in the heart of the peninsula which allows you to do most of the walking tours without taking public transport. You will appreciate the very comfortable 160 cm bed in the alcove bedroom separated from the living room by a curtain. The 140 cm sofa in the living room. 2 large fans for the heat wave ... All the equipment is new and of very good quality. WIRELESS. Box SFR Between the Rhône and the Saône you will take advantage of the banks of the two rivers to stroll through the heart of the city. You are at Place des Cordeliers very close to the Opera, the Town Hall, the Jacobins Theater, Place Bellecour, the Museum of Fine Arts. You are on rue de la République, the most famous street in Lyon with its shops, restaurants, beautiful buildings. The metro and bus are at the foot of the building. Direct metro at 3 stations from Perrache station. Bus diect for the Part Dieu station. The apartment is on the 3rd floor with elevator.

We had a lovely stay in Monique’s apartment!
She met us upon arrival and provided us with all we needed to know. Walked us outside to show us our very central location. We were close to everything!
The bed was especially comfortable!!!
Monique was an exceptional host and would recommend a stay in Lyon ❤️

Well supplied with all necessities & Monique Reichert thoughtfully explained everything. Although on a side street, it was rather noisy from passing pedestrians who seemed to party till the early hours.

This apartment was perfect for two of us during a stay in Lyon. The apartment is more of a studio than a true one bedroom, with the bed behind ceiling to floor curtains separating the bedroom area from the dining/living room. There was plenty of space for us though! The kitchen area is not big - more like a galley kitchen, but with all the amazing food out in Lyon, who wants to cook? We had friends and family over after going out to dinner for cake, and all seven of us were comfortable while we celebrated.The location is great. Just around the corner from buses and the metro, it really is located in the middle of everything. It's a short walk up to Place des Terreaux. There's also a Monoprix a very short walk away, which was nice. There's a bakery, Maison Debeaux up the street which had amazing cakes and pastries. Monique was so nice and friendly when we arrived. She had made a list of nearby stores and restaurants for us, which came in handy. Everything was just lovely. Highly recommended!
