Rent exclusive summer residence in a historic building of 1900 in Cavo (Rio Marina), Isola d'Elba.
Studio 35 sqm on the first floor with elevator and terrace with stunning sea view, surrounded by a large private park with direct access to the sea (80 meters).
The apartment is simple but functional, fully furnished, it is composed of: living / sleeping area with kitchenette, 1 double bed rechaable, 1 sofa bed (2 extra seats), bathroom with shower, fan and air conditioning ( hot / cold), and patio door to terrace with beautiful sea view. Possibility of parking space in the private condominium courtyard (not guarded). Private washing machine available (outside).
Swimming pool, tennis court, table football, laundry and condominium stube.
The apartment is a 3-minute walk from the lovely village of Cavo, easily reachable by hydrofoil or hourly ferry. Cavo's beach is composed of small pebbles, slopes gently into the water forming in some places a natural swimming pool suitable for children. The beach is partly free and partly inclusive of bathing establishments. The country is connected by bus to the main towns of the Island of Elba (including beaches).

Absolutely wonderful hosts, nice appartment (for 2 people - I imagine it'd be a bit crowded with 4 people). The pool was great to have. Cavo is a tiny town (400 inhabitants) with lots of possibilities to hike, a beach, restaurants... During summer, there is a bit of nightlife at the beach. Around midnight it gets quieter.
We really enjoyed our stay!

Giulia is the best host in Cavo! Her small apartment is perfect place to spend time on Elba.

The castle is beautiful! We enjoyed the pool and the park around the Castle. The apartment was to small for 3 persons, the bathroom and the furnishing was a bit outdated. We enjoyed playing table tennis in the basement and would have appreciated tennis racket for loan. The castle is located on the beach promenade, close to nice restaurants and stores.
