Ottima posizione, a qualche minuto di mezzi dal centro e ben posizionata per l'università.
La casa è spaziosa, con due camere da letto, un soggiorno, una cucina e due bagni. Noi abbiamo soggiornato comodamente in 4. Esiste un solo paio di chiavi, ma è possibile citofonare all'appartamento dall'esterno.
La casa non era ben fornita, qualche rotolo di carta igenica, pochissima carta da cucina (finita il primo giorno), soltanto due pastiglie della lavastoviglie. Il costo di queste cose è irrisorio, ma fa la differenza in termini di comodità.
