About this apartment rental
Apartment Sunny View is part of an apartment complex with 3 great swimming pools with a total size of 100 sq m, the 2 small pools are perfect for young children. Around the pools are large sun bathing terraces that overlook the sea and marina below.
The nearest beach is just 100m away. On the beach is the Illyria Resort restaurant where you can enjoy meals and drinks.
The apartment has a lovely balcony with views over the sea, the marina below and the forested hill opposite.
The apartment is situated in a quiet neighbourhood a 10-minute walk from Milna centre, a perfect holiday destination for those who want a peaceful vacation. As well as the Illyria restaurant there is also a great family run restaurant 100m away beside the marina. The nearest small shop is there also.
The apartment is on the first floor and comprises a spacious open plan living dining kitchen room which opens out onto the balcony. In the bedroom is a double bed plus single bed. In the living room is a sofabed. There is a private parking lot for all apartments in the block.
Getting to Brac: Take the 50 minute car ferry from Split harbour. Split harbour is 20 kilometres from Split airport. The crossing takes about 50 minutes. The cost per person is approx 6,50 Euro. From Supetar to Milna is 20 km.
There is also a catamaran line that goes from Split directly to Milna. It goes once a day and takes approximately 25 min.
Getting to the Property: You will checkin at the office of Dalmatian Property Management in Supetar. The office is 200 m from the ferry port. We will supply you with photo directions how to get to the apartment. And will give you information about the region, supermarkets, restaurants and cultural events you might visit during your stay. You will feel completely looked after. And in a case you need anything else DPM personnel will be happy to help.

Please note you will need to pay in cash on arrival 2 Euro per person per day tourist tax.
Late arrival and Sunday check in fees apply.

The apartment is at the perfect location in Milna, with beautiful views. Everything you need is in walking distance, though everywhere esle on the island is perfectly drivable as well. We had a wonderful holiday, had the best food we've had in a while and have visited nice little bays with chrystal clear water. Everything we needed was in the apartment, everything worked very well (the airconditioning was delightful). The only thing that was a bit annoying were the people being up very early, and you could hear practically everything. Furthermore, the pool was great, although many people felt the need to get to the pool at 8 (it opens at 8), put down their towel on one of the beds and therefore claiming it, then walk away until coming back at 3 for a swim. I guess this happens anywhere, but still it felt very anti-social and most of the beds were 'taken' when we wanted to swim. That being said, we had a perfect stay in a lovely and very clean apartment and it's definitely worth coming back for!

Im August 2011 haben wir (4-köpfige Familie, Kids 14 und 12 Jahre) in Sunny View 1 für 14 Tage Urlaub gemacht und wir müssen sagen, wir waren sehr erfreut über die tolle Wohnung. Alle genannten Ausstattungsmerkmale waren tatsächlich vorhanden. 4 ziemlich neue Fahrräder konnten wir ohne Bedenken in der Anlage abstellen. Einzig die Hellhörigkeit der Wohnungen (ist aber in vielen Fewos so) und unser Bedauern darüber, dass wir im Sitzen wegen der blickdichten Balkonmauer keinen Blick auf das wunderbare Meer hatten. Der Pool war immer einladend, nie zu viele Leute oder auch nie ein Gerangel um Liegen oder Sonnenschirme, schade nur, dass er um 20.00 Uhr geschlossen wurde. Der Strand ist über eine Treppe in 2 bis 3 Minuten erreichbar, er war nie überlaufen, einzig die Wasserqualität war zu dem Zeitpunkt an dem wir hier waren in wenigen Bereichen nicht so ganz das, was man von Kroatien kennt. Es gab da wohl irgendwelche Probleme mit den Abflüssen in Milna. Aber das Problem ist sicherlich zeitlich begrenzt gewesen. Milna selbst ist ein sehr ruhiges Örtchen. Nix Großartiges zum Flanieren, aber wir haben 2 ganz tolle Restaurants gefunden (Omo und Galicija=Geheimtipp). Etwas beschwerlich wird es, wenn man zw. 8 bis 12 Uhr vormittags oder 20.00 bis 24.00 Uhr die Anlage mit Auto verlassen oder anfahren möchte, da muss man nämlich einen Schotterweg (ca. 3 km lang) nutzen, um aus Milna heraus bzw. zu Milna hineinfahren zu können. Alles in allem in dieser Anlage trotzdem ein super Urlaub für Leute, die nicht gerade auf Massentourismus, Flanieren und Nachtleben aus sind. Kroatien genießen, die Sonne genießen, Entspannung genießen. Weiterempfehlungsrate aus unserer Sicht: 100%. Ich hätte gerne noch ein paar schöne aussagekräftigere Fotos drangehängt.
