(apartment 91) Great central location, safe & overall well maintained. Inclusion of a washing machine & dishwasher is great. The beds are comfortable & firm.

(apartment 91) Clearer instructions on how the gas cylinder is to be managed as the gas was depleted the day after checking in. The range hood was completely gone when I arrived. It was reinstalled weeks after however, the lights on the range hood were not functional. I raised this issue along with the fact that the ensuite bathroom door doesn't close properly however this was not attended to. I did not escalate these issues further as I was often not in the apartment. The bathtub tap fixture doesn't have the handle/lever to allow for easy opening of the tap. The gas stove/oven symbols for which plates are active, which oven elements are active & how the temperature grades can be changed are no longer visually legible. I suspect cleaning efforts have eroded the symbols/writing. The couches need replacement as they're quite sunken in & we had to pad them with blankets.

Very comfortable flat with all the requirements one could need, very safe and with a good view. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The apartment was cleaned every day by very friendly and happy staff.

Had a few problems with electrical items which were not quite sorted before I left, but that was a minor issue.
