apartment completely renovated in 2021. 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom (shower), living room with equipped kitchen, terrace facing the ocean (+/- 25m²) and pool side terrace (+/- 5m²). Views to the Teide, to the mountain of Guaza, to the ocean and to the swimming pool.
Flat screen TV, DVD player, microwave, safe, washing machine.
Bath towels (no beach), bed sheets. Long-term rental possible (to be agreed).
Complex including secure heated swimming pool with paddling pool for children, bar with restaurant, laundry, car rental.
Easy parking around the residence.
Quiet area, very little traffic, while being 3 minutes walk from the sea and 15 minutes walk from the center of Los Cristianos with its pedestrian area, bars, restaurants, shops, wonderful beaches, excursions and aquatic activities, its port ...

Apartment was lovely and in a good location. All modern facilities. Pool opened at 10 am and there were always plenty of sunbeds.

Thank you for letting me and my family stop in your beautiful apartment. Very modern and views are amazing looking out to the sea. Will be 100 percent definitely be stopping in your apartment again.

Property was as advertised a big thumbs up from us the communication was spot on
and the complex spotless
The only negative was the fact still being advertised with shop and bar/restaurant on site when in fact we were told they had been shut since Covid
But this would not stop us from using the apartment again

Good location , very clean , issue with shower drain not running away properly. , wardrobes full of equipment eg buggy hoover etc had to move to hang up clothes
