About this villa rental
Local taverna and shops is 5 minute walk away.
Living Room - Air-conditioned, lounge seating. TV. DVD player
Pool - Private pool and patio area, sunloungers. There is a second patio area furnished with a table and chairs. Maximum sunshine so ideal for sunbathing.
Kitchen - Washing machine, fridge/freezer, microwave, hob, oven, grill, toaster and kettle. The dining area leads off from the kitchen where there is a table and seating for six.
Bedrooms x3. All Air-conditioned, fitted wardrobes, small balconies with table and 2 chairs on 2 balconies
Bathroom - Bath, shower and WC. There is a separate WC and shower room downstairs. Hairdryer and hair straightener.
Parking - Private driveway.
TV System - Triotech TV box which has UK free to view channels including BBC and ITV plus catch up TV. There are also hundreds of current DVD quality movies available.
Additional Features - Free WiFi, safe, iron and ironing board. .
Linen - Bed linen, bath towels, hand towels are provided.
Location - The seafront is a 20-minute walk and the bars and restaurants 15 minutes.

property was clean well equipped with very nice pool.nice surrounding area and neighbours would recommend car hire as most places not within walking distance especially in the heat

The Villa was well appointed and mostly met our expectations. The beds were comfortable and 2 of the bedrooms have balconies. The upstairs bathroom is spacious and good for a family with children. There is a spacious lounge and the swimming pool is cleaned regularly. The kitchen was adequate but doesnt have any working bench space and some of the frypans need replacing. Many articles in the kitchen were not clean so we needed to wash most things. The dining table was too small for a family of 6 so we used it for food preparation and brought in the outdoor table and used it in the dining area of the lounge. To enhance this quality house we would suggest the provision of a coffee pod machine.
We had difficulty with the location and directions to the Villa that were provided. The street that is mentioned i.e. Nicoletta Court, is not on Google Maps. The actual street is Sophias Vempo and we discovered this when we searched for the name of the Villa Sussremy. This is probably the easiest way to find it.
