About this apartment rental
Our apartment (40 m2) has been recently renovated. The kitchen equipped with induction hob with two fire, microwave and oven.
A bedroom with a double bed (1.60 m) and a closet, and another bedroom with 2 single beds (90 cm) and a closet. Bathroom with shower and washing machine, A lounge with a TV 32 'Full HD. Sat Astra 19. 2 and Hotbird 13 and Internet WIFI. And a large table for 4 people. There is also a small terrace with a table and chairs and sea views. There is a shared pool (for only 12 apartments) and a direct access to the promenade (Paseo Costa Canaria). The beach is only a few minutes walk, as well as restaurants, supermarkets, pharmacy, shops, bus stop. We will be happy to give you more information by email. No car needed

Another fantastic holiday here !Juan arranged our transfer from airport which was excellent.On arrival Juan was there to greet us.The apartment has been newly decorated and also has new mattresses.Just when you think it is impossible to get any better.We had a wonderful 12 Night stay and look forward to returning next year .

Fantastic communication with the host, who was helpful and friendly. The apartment was exceptionally clean and in a fantastic location. There is everything you need in the apartment with items left for you, water, toilet rolls, washing up liquid and more. Great area for walking and local transport, and very near to bars and restaurants, but far enough away that you don't hear any noise. We had a lovely stay and hope to return.

We had good 2 week vacation in this very clean, compact and well equipped apartment right next to promenade. Every morning we were watching how sun was rising "from the sea". Great way to start a new day!We had good luck with local troubadour who was playing his electric guitar at promenade just right next to the aparment on two evenings while we were enjoying our evening dinner on the balcony. Live music in moonlight did create some very unique and nice atmosphere. Second time he came playing, we went to talk with him when he was ending his set. Very nice and humble guy. Anne and Juan were really helpfull and gave us some really great tips. Thank you Juan and Anne! You really know how to treat your guests =)
