Featured on TV's Fantasy Homes By The Sea! Headlands is a spacious, modern 4th floor apartment right next to the sea and blue flag beach in Westward Ho! North Devon, in the landmark Horizon View building.

The open plan living space has full width patio doors opening onto the large balcony with fantastic uninterrupted views across Bideford Bay and the estuary.

The master bedroom with it's four poster bed and en suite bathroom also opens onto the balcony and spectacular view. The twin bedroom has a large shower room right outside and can be made a super kingsize for a fee.

The apartment is equipped to a high standard and comes with allocated secure parking space, lift access, Fast Fibre WiFi, and B&O bluetooth speaker. All linens are provided, including super soft 100% pure linen bedding, luxury 800 gsm fluffy white towels, tea towels, cloths, and beach towels.

Westward Ho! has everything you need for a great seaside holiday or a quiet weekend break with excellent shops and restaurants within a couple of minutes walk across the village green. You will be in a great place to explore wonderful places in North Devon like Clovelly, Hartland Quay, Appledore and Lynton & Lynmouth, and there is lots of opportunity to get active and have fun.

Lauren provided excellent details on how to access the car park and property ahead of arrival. The apartment was excellent too - clean and comfortable and had everything you need for home from home living. Westward Ho! is a charming destination with good restaurants and a lovely beach. We stayed at Headlands for a week and had an amazing time! The apartment was well equipped with everything you could possibly need for a comfortable stay, spotlessly clean and well positioned within Westward Ho! The views from the apartment were stunning!! We travelled as a family of four with two adult children so the two bathrooms were ideal and there was ample space for all of us. The host Lauren was very helpful, great communication and easy check-in/out. We were all sad to leave but will definitely rebook for next year. Highly recommended.

The Appartment was spotlessly clean and has everything you could ever need for a holiday.loved the fact that both the lounge area and bedroom had patio doors to the balcony. The balcony is right over the South West Costal Path and is very close to the sea, especially at high tide. You have a great view of the cove from the balcony. We loved the underground car parking with lift direct to the 4th floor. Lauren kept us fully informed in the lead up to our visit. In summary we loved it and will return again.

Absolutely stunning stay at The Headlands in Westward Ho! The apartment lives up to its “luxury” label, modern, beautifully furnished, and spotlessly clean with every comfort thought of. The floor-to-ceiling windows offer breathtaking panoramic views of the coastline, and the balcony is the perfect spot for a morning coffee or a sunset glass of wine.The location is excellent, peaceful yet just a short stroll from the doorsteps to the beach, shops, and local restaurants. Secure parking, excellent amenities, and thoughtful touches throughout made the stay feel truly special.Communication with Lauren was excellent—friendly, prompt, and helpful from start to finish, which made the whole experience smooth and stress-free.If you’re looking for a stylish, high-end base to relax and soak in the beauty of North Devon, this place is hard to beat. We have stopped in the horizon view complex 6 times and i have to say this apartment exceeds them all we were greeted with fresh flowers and a complimentary bottle of wine and chocolates . On arrival the place was spotless me and my husband took our elderly mothers. I think they was expecting the 1980s pontins style as that was possibly the last time they have been to the seaside and like us they were flabbergasted with a view that rivals anywhere in the world we will 100% be returning as we now know which room to book thanks again for a lovely holiday

Love love loved staying at this lovely apartment! everything was perfect, had everything we could possibly need, comfy beds with beautiful cool linen bedding. We could see nothing but the sea from our bedroom whilst having our morning coffee, pure bliss. Spacious balcony with spectacular views, I spent ages out there just looking at the sea and the gorgeous sunsets. We were so lucky too and had beautiful warm sunny weather. I did not want to go home. Lovely helpful thoughtful Lauren kindly left us milk, chocolates and a bottle of bubbly! Stay here, you will never want to leave!!

The apartment was absolutely beautiful, spotlessly clean and well equipped. Overlooking the sea with full length windows from both the lounge and master bedroom was amazing and highly addictive! We were Three adults in March . all very impressed with the quality - linen sheets a lovely surprise, as were comfortable beds. thoughtful provision of wifi speaker, binoculars, sky tv, Prosecco, chocolates, tea, coffee milk. Property was spotless , situation perfect and views stunning. Big terrace with seating, cushions and rugs. Waves crashing on stormy days and always something to see on the beaches and headland. First class.

It was very well furnished, was spotless clean and had supplies of all necessary kitchen and bathroom essentials provided. Weather aside we had a lovely time staying in Lauren’s beautiful apartment. Arrival process was excellent & the apartment was spotlessly clean & had everything you could possibly need. There’s lots to do in & around the area & plenty of nice eateries along with a co-op & Tesco for convenience. Lauren was very friendly & on hand if we had needed her. Just wish we could have stayed longer to get better weather & see the wonderful sunsets!

Absolutely lovely place with the most amazing view out to sea. The beds were all extremely comfortable, the appliances all like new, every kitchen utensil you'd ever need have been supplied, even blankets provided for the evening on the balcony after the sun has gone down. The cleanliness of the place was also immaculate. I'd have no hesitation in returning here with my family in future.
