Super lokalizacja, samochodem zaledwie kilka minut od plaży, blisko sklepu „Groszek”. Obiekt na pewno jest świetny dla rodzin z dziećmi ze względu na plac zabaw, domek na drzewie oraz zapewnione zabawki i gry. Są tutaj również rowery! Ogromny ogród super nadaje się do gry w badmintona lub siatkówkę. Łazienka jest nowoczesna i bardzo ładna. Kuchnia fantastycznie wyposażona (toster, zaparzacz do kawy, czajnik, dużo talerzy i sztućców, przybory kuchenne i przyprawy).

Świetne miejsce na odpoczynek rodzin z dziećmi. Dobra lokalizacja i wyposażenie domków i ogrodu. Na posesji własny plac zabaw i miejsce na ognisko.
Łazienki są niewielkie. Nie jest to duży problem ale jeśli ktoś jest większych gabarytów to może odczuwać brak przestrzeni przy porannych czynnościach.
