Świetne miejsce na odpoczynek rodzin z dziećmi. Dobra lokalizacja i wyposażenie domków i ogrodu. Na posesji własny plac zabaw i miejsce na ognisko.
Łazienki są niewielkie. Nie jest to duży problem ale jeśli ktoś jest większych gabarytów to może odczuwać brak przestrzeni przy porannych czynnościach.
