Levanto ( Cinque Terre ).The apartment consists of a kitchen, a living room, a sitting room with 2 armchairs that convert into two single beds, a bathroom, a master bedroom, a closet room. The apartment sleeps 3/4 people. Cot available.

From the living room and from the kitchen you can access the balcony.The apartment is located on the 4th floor. Lift available. Free on request: internet wireless connection, bycycles (2). Also included a free parking pass in the streets nearby.
The apartment has a washing machine, fridge, TV, microwave, kitchen utensils (dishes, cutlery, glasses, pots,coffee maker, etc ..), bathtube, shower, etc ..

WHERE WE ARE - HOW TO REACH US: Levanto (SP) is one of the jewels of the Ligurian Riviera di Levante. Gateway to the Cinque Terre and ideal spot for your holiday of relaxation and fun. A beautiful landscape is the setting for enchanting beaches and numerous initiatives for evening entertainment.

Our appartment is located in Via Ferrando, a short walk from the town center, just 150 meters from the beach and 7 minutes from the railway station that connects Levanto to the Cinque Terre villages.

Levanto is easily accessible by car on the A12 motorway: Exit Levanto-Carrodano. There is also a convenient train service that connects Levanto to all the locations on the Ligurian Riviera and to the main cities of Northern Italy (Genoa, Milan, Turin, Parma, etc ..).

Enjoyed our stay. The apartment is not large but has a balcony which provides good light, it was perfect for the two of us. The apartment is very close to town, 5 minutes walking, also close to the train station but Stefan did give us a ride on our departure as it would be more difficult walking with luggage. The bikes provided were greatly appreciated and were an added bonus. Our hosts Stefan and his mother were super welcoming. We made a quick trip to Monterosso and turned around and went right back to Levanto, we enjoyed it so much more due to it being less crowded. Levanto is the place to stay and we would highly recommend Stefan’s rental as well.

Amazing location, great amount of space. 10 min walk from train station. 3 min to the beach 3 min to downtown, 3 min to hiking trails. A great place to get away from the crowds at cinque terra, but so accessible to it as well. The hosts were so kind and accommodating! They gave us a lift to the train station with our big bags. We really enjoyed our stay, and would stay there again!

Perfect location as a base to visit Cinque Terre. 10 minute walk from the Levantp train station. Spent 3 nights here; great rate. Rina was a pleasure to work with. Spacious and clean, and the view from the balcony is spectacular. Only drawbacks were French-only TV channels, Wi-Fi dropping frequently, and the shower seems to be designed for a sitting person. Overall, a great value.

We enjoyed our stay in Rina's apartment. It is very roomy and comfortable, and a very short walk to town, station, and restaurants, and the seafront. Rina is a very nice and thoughtful host.

We, family of 4 (2 kids) really enjoyed staying at Rina’s house. The location is beautiful with peaceful surroundings. Stefan even picked us up train station. Rina’s place is great location to explore Cinque terre. Even Levanto is a beautiful place. House has everything for a comfortable stay and cooking fresh italian food. We loved eating breakfast and dinner from terrace overlooking the hills.

The apartment made a great base for a relaxing seaside holiday in Levanto with occasional forays into the Cinque Terre. It suited this married couple with one adult son. There is a lovely cosy balcony on which 2 can sit and good cooking facilities. We hope to return to Levanto and recommend this apartment highly.

Our apartment in Levanto

This apartment was accurately described--but we found it was even better than we expected! The rooms were spacious, the bed was extremely comfortable and welcome after all the hiking we did, there was a lot of light and air, and it was very quiet. There was not a lot of furniture in the living room (which doubles as a second bedroom) and there were really no "lounge chairs". It would have been nice to have a chair to relax in on the terrace--really our only complaint. The location was ideal: about two blocks from the beach, one block from the TI with 24 hour free Wi-Fi, and about 10 min. walking to the train station. There were two Crai supermarkets, a butcher, a vegetable/fruit market, and a couple of cafés just two blocks east. We cooked several nights for ourselves and the kitchen was well equipped for that. There was also an automatic washer, a hairdryer, a small bathtub, and a clothes line. Stefano, the owner, very helpfully picked us up at the train station in his car and helped carry the bags. There is an elevator. He also answered all our questions and was available during the week if we needed him. In our opinion, Levanto has it all for a vacation to the Cinque Terre. Stay there and have the beach plus a choice of restaurants and other food options--and then take the train to the Cinque Terre for your hike that day. We enjoyed the Wednesday morning market, the Levanto Bar on the way to the train, da Rino's restaurant, BAR Franca di DE Simoni Andreino, the walk to Bonassola through the train tunnels, and wondering around in the medieval part of the old town of Levanto. Appartement proche de la gare et des commerces et à seulement 2h30 du premier village des Cinque Terre par le sentier du littoral. La propriétaire parle un peu français et habite en face donc très pratique si besoin. Possibilité de garer un véhicule le temps du séjour : tout se fait à pied ! Bons restaurants et bars sympathiques : très bon marché en plus ! Appartement équipé avec juste ce qu'il faut (manque peut être un grill pain et une théière pour les non buveur de café) idéal pour 4 personnes

Frau Rina und Herr Stefano waren sehr hilfsbereit und haben uns sogar zwei alte Fahrräder zur Verfügung gestellt, mit denen wir im Ort und bis nach Framura fahren konnten. Es gab einen Grundvorrat an Öl, Essig, Salz, Klopapier etc., was vor allen Dingen hilfreich ist, wenn man - wie wir - mit der Bahn anreist. Vielen Dank nochmal, ich hoffe wir sehen uns nochmal wieder!

Location: 5/5 stars. Walking distance to beach, super markets, restaurants and train station to Cinque Terre Equipment: 2/5 stars. The furniture is relatively old but functional. The beds could be harder. There is everything you need. The bad has been renovated. The shower could be bigger, but is ok. There is an elevator but a few steps have to be taken after the entrance. Cleanliness: 5/5 everything clean Other: 4/5, there is a parking space included with a parking ticket directly in front of the house, in the basement there is a locked room for bikes, a lady bike is available for free Host: 5/5 Stefano (Rina's son) is very friendly and helpful. Arrival time was flexible. Communication via phone and WhatsApp worked great Price/value: For the quality of the apartment and considering the short distance to Cinque Terre, the price is ok

L'appartement est très bien situé, nous y avons séjourné 3 nuits en avril 2019 en famille.L'appartement est spacieux , propre, et bien équipé (lave-linge). Nos deux ados dormaient chacun dans un lit dans le salon.La propriétaire Rina est très disponible.Nous avions une place de parking dans la rue plutôt calme (voie sans issue), à 7 minutes à pied de la gare et à quelques minutes de la plage.L'immeuble n'est pas très bien insonorisé mais les voisins étaient silencieux. C'était idéal pour visiter les cinq terres.
