In the heart of the Barolo Langa, an apartment in villa, located in Annunziata of La Morra. The house built in green building, respecting the environment, it is perfectly integrated in the surrounding nature and easily recognizable by its wooden paneling. On the second floor, an indipendent apartment, overlooking the hills planted with vines.
The apartment (independent with separate entrance) consists of: living area with fully equipped kitchen (you can cook), a bedroom with double bed and possibility of adding up to 2 beds in the living area that can be rendered independently by a sliding door, bathroom. It can accommodate up to five people. Equipped with every comfort, it has a natural cooling system and underfloor heating.

The pictures do not do this place justice. The apartment is larger than usual, comfortable stylist furniture and bed, and well set up kitchen. The view from the deck is surreal; as if you were in a fairy tail with the perfectly aligned vineyards throughout the valley.

"If I am planning my trip, I would choose this place for a week. First, the house itself is equipped with all modern facilities and decorated with great taste! There were fears that the house will be hot and stuffy because there is no air conditioning. The temperature was atypical for this time of year - 35 degrees. But we didn't even switch on the fans, as in a house with large windows and skylights with blinds on the remote control. The house is very clean, bright, roomy for four people, comfortable mattresses, lots of dishes, and anything else you may need for comfortable living. Upon arrival, we waited for the wonderful ingrediety breakfast: jam, bread, toast, milk, yogurt, etc. And most importantly - the cake! Very nice! I especially liked that there was a coffee maсhine and fresh coffee.Second, the neighborhood is simply stunning, and are very pleased to observe at different times of the day with a large terrace. View opens to the vineyards and the 150-year-old Lebanese cedar, which is interesting for a stroll. It is also convenient to make incursions into the car to the beautiful small villages and towns: Barolo, Barbaresco, Monforte, Asti, Alba, etc. for contemplation and testing of excellent wines. We have a wonderful family home owners. They reside on the first floor, directly under a leased apartment. Behind the house a small playground. In general, we got a lot of fun being there. Categorically did not want to leave. And it is really eager to get back."
