Hilton Head Island will undergo beach renourishment from September 2025 through May 2026 to help preserve the shoreline. During this time, small sections of beach (no more than 1,000 feet at a time) may be temporarily closed to pedestrian access as the project moves along. Plenty of beach will remain open and accessible for you to enjoy throughout your stay.
For those looking to explore the island, hop on the complimentary local transportation service, The Palmetto Dunes Buggy, which can drop you off at nearby shops and dining establishments. Clean and comfortable. Great location within Palmetto Dunes. We traveled with our dogs and had nice trails and green spaces to walk them. Recommend this property but would warn the bathtub is very slippery so be careful.

The condo itself was nice. Beds were good, sofa was comfy and the dining table was nice. The kitchen had most everything we needed to cook a meal. There is a need of a bedside table and lamp in the kids room. The courtyard area was a little sad. Needed a little sprucing up. Overall our stay was good as we are regulars on the island.
