The unit was exactly as described online with the convenience of being close to everything that we were wanting to experience. Shane was great to deal with her excellent communication skills and providing all relevant information.

Pottsville was a great location to use as a hub to take in a day at the Byron Bay Bluesfest, check out some of the lovely beaches along the coastline, and to rent bikes to do the Mooball to Murwillumbah portion of the Northern Rivers Rail Trail. Accommodations were a great fit for my wife and I, a smaller place, but everything we needed was there. The yard is very well kept and it was a pleasure to sit and have our breakfast and coffee outside each morning. Our host was pleasant and very helpful.

Inside the furnishings were lovely. Bed very comfortable but if you like a firm pillow best to take your own, these were very flat.
There were a couple of very basic items not provided. We could not find a pen or piece of paper anywhere, nor was there a basic first aid kit. We were bitten by midges from sitting outside at dusk and would have welcomed some antiseptic wipes or similar.
I did find the photo of the ‘exclusive’ pool area misleading. Photos were taken from inside the owners property and show the area you are allowed to use but it looks much more appealing in the photos. The bbq we had for ‘exclusive’ use was a tiny, rusty one in the greased area outside this unit.
There was no outdoor table available for eating outside if you did use the bbq. Only a side table or a table inside in the sitting room.
When we arrived the toilet seat was very loose and it eventually came off completely. We used it like this until it was fixed but those things are basic maintenance surely.
Good area, nice furnishings but wouldn’t rate it much higher.
