Porta Reale Beach Apartment

Molto comodo e apprezzato l' accesso diretto alla spiaggia, con sdraio e ombrellone. La spiaggia è stretta e non eccezionale, ma il mare è superlativo! Appartamento grande, confortevole, dotato di tutto e pulitissimo

L' esterno non era pulito: schitti di uccelli erano presenti nel vialetto di ingresso A volte, qualche difficoltà a parcheggiare nelle vicinanze

From the info on Booking, it was not really clear, but the apt is located on the upper floor of a villa, has a garden, private and direct access to the beach, outdoor shower are which was really useful, a grill place, safe parking inside the courtyard (recommend a smaller car :) ). The apartment is very clean, modern and comfortable. Equipped with mostly everything one might need. The spacious bathroom and one bedroom are facing the beach, although there is one more villa in the front and blocks most of the view. The hosts were nice and helped us with bringing and installing cribs for the smalls kids. The beach of Scogli Bianchi is beautiful, the water was clear and it is shallow for a good part, which makes it ideal for kids. It's separated by a small rock from Lido di Noto, and it's an easy 2 min walk there if needed, as you won't find any cafes, restaurants etc in Scogli Bianchi. We loved it!

Mosquito nets are a must! We were bitten like 30 times in just one day, and for the kids was horrible. One of the bedrooms is facing the road, and it was pretty noisy. We were there in the end of Sept so it wasn't much traffic, but still, some of the scooters and bikes would wake me up. The apt is big with high ceilings and has some echo, the walls thin so voices carry easily. If some want to sleep and others stay and chat with some wine, it's not so easy.
