About this villa rental
The villa is located just five minutes' walk from the beach where you can find the night life. The villa has easy access to the local market and many excellent restaurants for eating out by the beautiful Mediterranean. You will also have the chance to try different cuisines. The villa is semi-detached. On the ground floor, there is a living room facing the pool and a deluxe open-plan kitchen including a cooker, microwave, fridge, washing machine, a dishwasher, kettle, toaster and kitchen utensils. All the rooms have air-conditioning. The villa has a patio where you can relax and read. On the second floor, there are two bedrooms which are beautifully furnished. 1 double bedroom with a queen bed, and the other room has one double one single bed. Clean linen and bathroom towels (five sets for each villa) are provided. There is one bathroom with a shower upstairs with WC. There is another WC on the ground floor.
Places to see: If you prefer a more peaceful day, you could take a daily boat trip to the host of ancient Greek Queen Cleopatra.
Kaya Village
Half an hour from Çalis, Rock tomb of King Amyntas, the pine trees and abandoned houses. Some houses have been restored and are in use today as restaurants. You can still feel the atmosphere of Greek history. You can walk, cycle or even horse-ride around the village.
Oludeniz
A miracle of nature and breathtaking views of the turquoise sea. The Blue Lagoon and Oludeniz draw crowds of visitors each year to its scenic shores. The best shore in Turkey.
Patara
Where the desert meets the Sea. A fabulous sunset.
The Valley of Butterflies
The best nature on Earth where you can see millions of butterflies and ponds of waterfalls.
Pinara (Ruins)
The beautiful site of Pinara was one of the three major cities in the Xanthos valley and one of the six principal cities of Lycia dating back to 5th century BC. It was probably founded as an extension of the overpopulated Xanthos. According to Manecrates, a 4th century BC historian, the leaders of Xanthos felt their city was overpopulated and so they split the city into three groups, settling one at Pinara.

We have had a lovely few days staying in the villa. Great location for Beach, bars and restaurants. Pool right outside the patio. Asli was always in hand to answer any questions. Would definitely visit again.

The Villa was Spotlessly Clean, Furnished to a high standard. Great AC units. New kitchen appliances. Lovely outdoor furniture - tables and chairs and sunloungers.
A wrap-around Terrace downstairs and a lovely balcony upstairs - again with table and chairs with lovely views over the pool and garden area.
Powerful shower. Spacious main bedroom. Massive pool.
Very relaxed and chilled with space around the Villa.
Welcome pack in the fridge which is always nice to have when you first arrive.
Ten minutes walk to the beach & amendities, bars restaurants etc and the Water Taxis to Fethiye. Our transfers were on-time and would highly recommend Mehmet and his Son.
Asli was always available to reach by phone if we needed anything and her family were charming.
We are hoping to come back for another 2 weeks in June 2019.

Thank you for making our first stay in Calis beach so memorable, we have stayed in numerous villas over the years but this was the best. Ideal location for what we needed and villa was equipped perfectly. So good we are hoping to return in June 2015. Thanks again!!!

Overall the villa was adequate for our needs. I must mention that the villa does not have an oven as stated (only a microwave), which made it more difficult to cook meals at the villa (as only 2 pans available). I did ask this question before booking the villa but maybe there was a little confusion understanding. Eating out was cheap though. Calis Beach was very nice and easy to reach (10 min walk).
