Estate Irena consists of two traditional Dalmatian stone houses, set on a large, fully fenced property that offers guests peace, privacy, and an authentic Mediterranean atmosphere. The interior features stone and wood elements, carefully combined to preserve the spirit of Dalmatia and create a warm, genuine space for relaxation.
The houses have a total living area of 90 m² and include two bedrooms, a living room, a dining area, a fully equipped kitchen, and two bathrooms. They are ideal for a relaxing stay in the natural surroundings of the Dalmatian hinterland, far from crowds and everyday hustle.
Guests can enjoy a spacious 1,600 m² estate with a variety of amenities: a seasonal swimming pool of 32 m², sun loungers, a children’s playground, and a large barbecue area with outdoor seating. The property is surrounded by traditional Dalmatian dry-stone walls, olive trees, and an organic garden, all exclusively available to guests.
A special charm of the stay is the hospitality of the hosts, who are happy to treat guests with homemade fruit, fresh eggs, and vegetables from their own garden.
The surrounding area offers many unique experiences: visit ancient Asseria, the remains of a Roman city, discover the Kličevica waterfalls, walk along the themed Bruška–Medviđa road, or experience the authentic atmosphere of the Benkovac market. Here, tradition and nature come together through local cuisine, dance, and music.

Irena offers this quiet place 50 minutes away from zadar. As a welcome gift Irena provided a fully stacked cheese and prosciutto plate with baguette. We really enjoyed the our time here with mostly animals around us. The appartements (two bungalows, both with an own bathroom) and the kitchen were by far the best equipped places we have ever visited. Sharp knives, enough plates, bowls - you Name it - All was available.
We even got to know her donkeys 😉 this spacious place is good if you want to enjoy your time away from big cities but still be able to visit everything in the Zadar Region.

Wunderschöne Unterkunft, alles war sehr sauber und ordentlich. Die Gastgeber sind super nett. Wir haben die Zeit sehr genossen.

Een heel mooie omgeving met een super gezellige woning. Alles is aanwezig om een super toffe vakantie te maken. Wij genoten met onze drie kids enorm van het zwembad en de gezellige avond op het terras. De rust in het dorp leven is gewoon zalig. Zelfs vers geplukte vijgen gekregen die enorm lekker waren... een heel leuke vakantie gehad in een pure Kroatische omgeving.

Excellent séjour, Irena et Mario sont des hôtes formidables, beaucoup de petites attentions tout au long du séjour ! Je recommande fortement !
Une petite chose à améliorer, un frigo légèrement plus grand serait appréciable pour une famille de 5 personnes, tout le reste était parfait.
