Charming villa in natural stone, beautifull garden, a lot of privacy. Gordes

We stayed at this beautiful property as 2 families with children aged 9-12. It is positioned in such a beautiful location with views that are incredible while enjoying lunches/evening meals on the terrace, all of us spent most of the day in and out of the pool, so much fun. Evelyn the host was incredibly helpfull. We are trying to work out dates and hopefully return again, such a wonderful locations and great for trips into the local villages. Thank you for a lovely stay.

We had the most magical weeks stay at this house. From start to finish it was perfect - the communications, the location, the privacy, the peace, the pool, the accomodations, the stunning surrounding villages. Everything was wonderful and it is even nicer than it looks in the photos! It was very warm while we were there but the ceiling fans kept us cool at night. If you're looking for somewhere great to stay in Provence don't look any further!!

We had the most wonderful week at this beautiful villa. The location couldn’t not have been better to see all the sites in Provence. We were two families with five kids total and spent 95% of our time in the backyard around the gorgeous pool. We loved eating all of meals outside, the long tables were perfect. My girlfriend and I spent a blissful week at this beautiful villa. The photos on the website set high expectations and we weren’t disappointed. It’s a nicely designed home with spacious living areas, tastefully furnished and equipped with a huge selection of crockery and cooking utensils, in fact everything we could possibly have needed. The garden and patios are large and well laid out, and the pool was clean and warm at 29-30 degrees. I was a little apprehensive about the lack of air conditioning as we arrived at the tail end of the hottest week on record, but it wasn’t a problem as the bedrooms have ceiling fans and stayed quite cool. The villa is set in a peaceful rural location, with some of the most beautiful villages within a 5 to 10 minute drive. We both love eating out and there are plenty of restaurants to choose from, but we were so happy at the villa that we stayed in and cooked all week. There are excellent shops selling local produce in the tiny village of Goult (8 minutes by car and not over-run by tourists like us) and a large supermarket in Coustellet (13 mins). Herbs can be found in the garden! The owner and manager were both very friendly and helpful before and during our stay and gave us lots of useful local advice. Booking, check-in and out were absolutely hassle free. When we left, the manager asked how the property could be improved. I thought hard and couldn’t think of anything. We hope to return. Highly recommended.

This home matches and exceeds the photos that are posted on this travel site. Evelyne and her family have taken every effort, and with great success, to make their country house feel like a home. The property was beautiful, and we often found ourselves floating blissfully in the pool looking up at town of Gordes (it was the hottest week in Provence history, so the pristine pool was much appreciated!) The location of the home can not be beat. It is secluded on an out of the way road, but within 8 minutes of Gordes, Goult, Roussillon, and several other picturesque towns with world class dining. Communication with Evelyne and her house manager was seamless and they were always available. Check in/out was a breeze, and we were provided everything we needed to have a stress free week. I would not only highly recommend this house, I would sugges you book it now. We will be back! The House is lovely and comfortable. It is situated in a very pretty area between Gordes and Goult. Outdoor dining and pool area is fabulous.

Beautiful villa with amazing views. It's spacious, has comfortable beds, and is really well equipped. A great location from which to explore the many lovely villages nearby. The owner was really helpful in giving us some excellent restaurant recommendations as well as things to do.

We had wonderful holidays in this nice house. It is very conveniently located in the heart of Luberon to visit all the charming villages. The house is beautiful, well decorated and perfect set up for family holidays with the nice swimming pool and big garden for the kids. We highly recommend this property!

The house and the garden are just like on the pictures. The location is great between historic towns of Gordes, Goult and Roussillion, it is a very quiet area surrounded by fields and a few houses on the other side of the road. The house is furnished very tastefuly in Provencal manner and is very well equipped if you want to prepare your meals at home. My favourite area of the house was a large patio where you can enjoy meals with friends and family. I can recommend this house to anyone who wishes to spend relaxed, comfortable Provencal holidays.

From the moment we arrived, we were charmed. It's looks even better than on the pictures !!!! The decoration is tastfull. We loved the big garden which gave the children all the space necessary for playing. No traffic, nice view, a lot of light in the villa, great swimming pool. All was clean and in a good state. We will come back ! And thanks also for the bubbles at arrival ;-) P.

We used this wonderful Gordes villa for a family reunion. The location, size and amenities were perfect. Our children played in the pool and the adults could relax on the terrace. We felt like we were at our own private resort! The village of Gordes is picturesque and quaint and neighboring villages made wonderful day trips. The woman who helped organize the rental was wonderful. She went above and beyond to provide recommendations on restaurants, things to do and even babysitting. We will visit again and we will certainly use Homelidays for any other places we visit. Our best trip ever!

Ein wirklich tolles Anwesen, in dem wir mit einer befreundeten Familie eine wunderbare Woche verbracht haben. Das Haus liegt in der Ebene vor den Toren von Gordes und hat einen fantastischen Blick über das Luberon-Tal. Es verfügt über einem liebevoll angelegten Garten, umgeben von Pinien. Es sind nur wenige Kilometer bis nach Gordes oder Goult- vom Haus aus bieten sich in den Morgenstunden einige schöne Joggingstrecken. Die Kommunikation mit dem Besitzer war nett und angenehm, wir erhielten eine Woche vorher auch einige Tipps für die Umgebung. Haus und Pool sind ein bisschen kleiner, als die Weitwinkel-Fotos den Eindruck erwecken, trotz allem ist es eine wirklich schöne Anlage. Ein Hinweis: Das Haus wird für neun Personen angeboten, da es drei Schlafzimmer gibt und das vierte Schlafzimmer mit Couch und Kinderbett ausgestattet ist und offen über dem Wohnzimmer liegt, sollte man sich bei zwei Familien genau überlegen, ob und wie man schläft. —————- A really great property where we spent a week with a family friend. The house is located in the plain at the gates of Gordes and has a fantastic view over the Luberon valley. It has in a lovingly landscaped garden surrounded by pine trees. It is only a few kilometers to Gordes or Goult- there are some nice jogging trails from the house in the morning hours. The communication with the owner was great and pleasant, we also received some tips for the area a week before. The house and pool are a bit smaller than the wide angle photos suggest, nevertheless it is a really nice complex. One note: The house is offered for nine people, since there are three bedrooms and the fourth bedroom is equipped with couch and crib and is open over the living room, you should think carefully if you travel with two families and how you sleep.

Entretien et propreté impeccables. Terrasse ombragée très agréable. GR proche pour des balades sympas. Nous avons passé un super séjour en famille.

Schönes, geschmackvoll eingerichtetes Haus mit einem tollen Außenbereich: große Terrasse, beheizter Pool, sehr großer Garten mit Baumbestand, Lavendelbüschen und viel Grünfläche. Die Lage eignet sich bestens, um die zahlreichen Bilderbuchdörfer in der Umgebung zu erkunden.

Nous avons passé une excellente semaine en famille! La propriété est très jolie et décorée avec goût. La piscine chauffée nous a permis de nous baigner quasiment tous les jours. Elle est aussi très bien positionnée pour visiter l'ensemble des spot à voir dans le Lubéron. Nous ne pouvons que recommander ce lieu!

das Haus liegt im Herzen des Luberons, ruhig und trotzdem perfekt , um die umliegenden hübschen Dörfer zu erkunden. der Kontakt mit dem Hausverwalter war einfach und unkompliziert. Dank dem beheizten Pool konnten wir die letzten warmen Tage noch voll geniessen. Das Haus ist liebevoll eingerichtet und die vielen Tipps von den Vermietern haben wir rege genutzt. Wir können das Haus nur wärmstens empfehlen.

Excellent séjour dans cette belle propriété. Bel espace extérieur avec piscine chauffée appréciable pour septembre. Juste le wifi qui n'était pas très fiable et fonctionnel, donc a remédier. Merci pour ton aide Laurent.

This was my second stay in the house but this time I decided to stay for 2 weeks which was a great decision. The area has a lot to offer: history, hiking, great cuisine so everyone can find something for themselves. Some days you can just stay at the house and relax, the pool area is great and the garden is big and gives you sense of privacy. I definetely can recommend the house and the owners. K

Ein gut und geschmackvoll eingerichtetes Haus mit riesigem, gepflegtem Grundstück und beheiztem Pool. Auch wenn das Wetter mal nicht so recht mitspielt, kann man sich gut im Innern verweilen oder sogar im Pool baden. Wir waren mit zwei Teenies da, die auch das Dart-Spiel und den Ping Pong-Tisch toll fanden. Die Märkte der Umgebung bieten ein reiches Angebot, das man auf den wunderschönen Terrassen mit Blick auf die Weite - ohne Vis-à-vis - geniessen kann. Durch die Lage unterhalb Gordes ist man schnell überall :-) Und wenn's Probleme geben sollte, hilft die Eigentümerin oder ihr "Mann vor Ort" sofort weiter. Wir können dieses Haus nur wärmstens empfehlen.

Un endroit magnifique au calme avec une vue superbe sur le petit Lubéron. La piscine était top! Un lieu pour passer des vacances sans soucis!

Nous avons passé une excellente semaine dans cette très jolie villa. Le beau temps a été de la partie, et la piscine chauffée a permis de se baigner dès le matin en tout intimité. La villa est très bien aménagée et décorée. L’environnement et la région sont superbes, le Lubéron se découvre à vélo électrique ! Enfin, l’accueil de la propriétaire au téléphone et l’accueil sur place ont été très agréables.

Dès que vous franchissez le portail, vous êtes dans l'ambiance provençale avec un champ de lavande qui vous accueille juste devant la maison. La magie opère de suite. Accueil chaleureux avec en prime une bouteille de vin offerte et des glaçons au congélateur (attention délicate quand on connaît la chaleur du soleil provençal). La maison est spacieuse, pratique, décorée avec beaucoup de goût. La cuisine : très bien équipée, lave vaisselle, beaucoup de vaisselle disponible, bonne batterie de casseroles et de poêles. Un four fonctionnel et pratique pour cuisiner de délicieux clafoutis. Non négligeable : deux beaux frigos spacieux, quasi indispensables auxquels on s'habitue très vite. Une lave linge pratique. Séchoir dans le jardin et pinces à linge à volonté. Les chambres : spacieuses, literie en 180 et 160 cm sont hyper confortable. 4 chambres dont une en mezzanine peut-être un peu moins privative, mais le confort est aussi présent. On dort très bien d'autant plus que les chambres restent fraîches. Des ventilateurs sont présents et très silencieux. Deux belles salles de bain : une avec baignoire - pratique pour le bain de bébé et une autre avec une douche uniquement. A noter que tout est propre et net à l'arrivée. Le salon est confortable équipé de télé et d'une enceinte pratique pour connecter la tablette et écouter la musique qu'on aime. La connection internet est ok, serait parfaite si on pouvait avoir un meilleur accès sur la terrasse qui est la vraie pièce de vie du séjour. la terrasse : un réel plaisir et L'ENDROIT où l'on passe le plus de temps. Très agréable sous sa vigne (les geais viennent manger le raisin à vos côtés le matin), toujours ombragée. Belle grande table. Vue magnifique sur la piscine avec en arrière-plan le petit Luberon. PARADISIAQUE !!! Petite amélioration si il y avait une meilleure lumière pour les repas pris tard le soir. Table de ping pong, et jeu de fléchette. Une superbe installation où les fans de BBQ pourront s'eclater avec un bon feu de bois. Le jardin est immense. Possibilité de jouer à la pétanque. La piscine est incroyable. Le plancher en bois autour pourrait être amelioré. Des beaux sièges blancs modernes confortables pour l'apero du soir. Et des transats confortables pour les siestes crapuleuses de l'apres midi. Et oui, vous êtes près de gordes et goult, mais tellement au calme. Vous n'entendrez jamais de bruit. Belle localisation au cœur du Luberon avec accès aisé. Bref une maison de rêves pour des vacances de rêve.

Cet endroit respire le calme, la tranquillité et la beauté. Idéal entre adultes et même avec des enfants car tout est prévu. Villa très spacieuse, très bien équipée et superbement décorée. On s'y sent comme chez soi (si pas mieux). Gordes est magique et les alentours sont magnifiques. Merci pour tout
