You will find what you are looking for in this spacious holiday home near Kaifenheim, which is located in a former water mill from the 11th century! You can access the meadows from the terrace of the apartment, where you can enjoy the rural tranquility and experience pure nature.
In the vicinity of the Kaifenheimer Mühle you will find beautiful hiking trails that lead you through the charming landscape of the Eifel and Moselle, as well as the Vulkanpark, where you can find out about the history of volcanism in the Eifel. Be sure to visit Koblenz with its cozy wine bars, narrow streets and romantic corners as well as the Deutsches Eck with the Kaiser Wilhelm monument.
You will immediately feel at home in the well-kept newly renovated holiday apartment with a spacious living room, eat-in kitchen and new bathroom. The highlight of this holiday apartment is the wonderful terrace with a wide view over the idyllic nature and the fantastic location of the former farmstead in the middle of forest and meadows.

We verbleven in app 3, in de 1e week van juli 2023. Prima verblijf, goede ontvangst en uitleg. Veel natuur in de directe nabijheid, ook om de woning heen. Voldoende rustig, in de verte de Autobahn, maar is niet hinderlijk. En de vele wandelmogelijkheden in de Eifel zijn prima. Ook der Mosel en der Rhein zijn op korte afstand en goed bereisbaar. Het is ons goed bevallen.

Wij hebben in de meivakantie een fijne week gehad in het huisje. Het is een heel mooie plek, waar je veel vogels hoort. We hebben ook een haas en reeën gezien. Met een westenwind kun je de nabijgelegen snelweg horen, maar als het weer is om buiten op het terras te zitten, komt de wind doorgaans uit het oosten of zuiden. De bedden waren een beetje doorgezakt, maar desondanks hebben we goed geslapen. De WiFi is in het huisje zwak, maar op het terras goed.

Dit is het mooiste appartement ter plaatse ruim en comfortabel. Slechts geschikt voor twee personen. Zeer gastvrij beheerders. We voelden ons helemaal thuis en hadden de schitterende tuin tot onze beschikking. Prima uitgangspunt voor excursies en wandelingen.
