The kitchen is very functional and fully equipped, with Bosh appliances, fridge with freezer, dishwasher and washing machine, gas stove and electric oven, microwave, hot water cylinder, toaster, kettle, Delta Q capsule machine.
The bedroom has 2 single beds, built-in wardrobe, air conditioning, window and uses the common bathroom.
The balcony has outdoor furniture, table and chairs, where you can have your meals in peace and enjoy the Algarve sun.
The apartment has capacity for 4 adults and 1 baby. For babies, upon request, we have a travel bed and a high chair. We inform you that the travel cot does not include sheets.
In the Resort, green areas predominate, with large gardens and swimming pools for adults and children, with sun loungers and parasols and a Snack-Bar, where you can have your breakfast or light meals while the children can play in the pool.
The tourist village was designed by the famous architect Tomás Taveira, elegantly designed, offers a lot of comfort and hospitality and is strategically located to enjoy all the pleasures of the city and the beach.
It is a private condominium with reception and permanent surveillance, lounge and is located 100 meters from Albufeira Marina, where you will find restaurants, bars and other services.

If anything is damaged, the cost of its repair or replacement will be deducted from the deposit.

El apartamento es muy confortable.
Mobiliario y electrodomésticos modernos....colchones muy cómodos. La urbanización es muy tranquila y esta muy bien situada cerca de Albufeira y las playas.
Excelente relación calidad-precio
El trato con la agencia ha sido exquisito, han atendido todas nuestras petícones al momento.

Un tres bel appartement, bien situé,tres propre et surtout bien equipé. Une residence bien surveillée avec une grande piscine surveillée et une piscine pour enfants,acces de la residence a la marina, quartier calme, les plages et les commerces moins de 10 min sans oublier la place de la voiture au garage juste au dessous de l'appartement, l'endroit ideal pour passer de belles vacances

The apartment was ideal size. The complex was great as we had a 4 and 7 year old and were kept busy throughout the day at the great pool. The marina is a short walk away and Old town 5 euro in a taxi. The negatives were the bed sheets were never changed once and we stayed 10 days. The sliding door lock was broke and we were told it would be fixed on the Monday but nobody came.
