    I expected international standard of Mercure brand. But I got negative experience from this branch. The arrival day I got shocked because front officers cannot speak English except the manager. We booked from Agoda room with breakfast but the hotel said didn’t included even though I showed the booking details from Agoda email. Later manager informed they have managed and we can have breakfast but day 5 the staff in front of breakfast room told me again that no our name on the guest list, we cannot get in. The room also have no window at all. The shampoo and lotion not got refill even we informed the front office which I assumed it because of their English communication skills. The staff not communicate well in English, only use translate device. I feel so dissatisfied.
