A localização em frente à piscina, quartos climatizados e um wc para cada quarto.

O ar condicionado tinha muita poeira, o liquidificador cheirava a queimado quando estava em funcionamento.

Localização do condomínio (beira mar), praia muito lumpa e calma. Chalé fica numa excelente posição no condomínio (perto da piscina e frente para praia). Possui uma área exclusiva com chuveiro, churrasqueira e mesa.

Limpeza do chalé. Utensílios de cozinha sujos, fogão estava impregnado de gordura e janelas, portas e móveis com acúmulo de sujeira indicando que havia muito tempo que não eram limpados.
