Exceptional owner..story house

When you choose Arbanasi, you propose peace, relaxation, away from the crowds and yet 10 minutes from Veliko Tarnovo. And this accommodation meets all the requirements. Adjacent to the monastery and yet having privacy, large courtyard and exceptional facilities. We already knew about the view and the area, we come to Arbanasi twice a year. And the owner: a great soul, with respect and attention for tourists. Thousands of thanks.

Perfect! Quite and relaxing atmosphere.

Everything was perfect!. We felt like home. The pool is big enough for kids and grownups. Nice yard were kids can play. Quite and relaxing atmosphere. Kitchen has everything needed even condiments for seasoning food. The host is very nice person and helpful. We greatly recommend this place! We are planning to come back next summer. Thank you Dimitar for the welcoming treatment!

Very nice place in Arbanasi

Very nice place, perfect and quiet location near the old monastery. The house has a plenty of space, rooms are located on two floors, the kitchen is well equipped with all you need for cooking. Extremely nice and helpful hosts!

WITHIN A RADIUS OF APPROXIMATELY 150 KM THERE ARE A LOT OF THINGS TO SEE, VERY BEAUTIFUL.

THE LOCATION OF THE ACCOMMODATION IS OK DIMITRI, THE PERSON WHO MEETED US, WAS VERY NICE AND VERY INVOLVED. HE ANSWERED ALL OUR QUESTIONS VERY PROMPTLY. ON ARRIVAL, DIMITRI WAS WAITING FOR US WITH TWO CORONA BEERS, WITH CHERRIES AND SOMETHING SWEET.

THE LOCATION IS FURNISHED FROM RELOCATIONS. THERE IS ALMOST NOTHING UNIFORM. IN SOME PLACES THERE IS OLD FURNITURE, IN OTHERS NEWER FURNITURE (KITCHEN). I COULDN'T USE THE CABINETS BECAUSE THEY WERE FULL OF UNUSED BED LINEN. I SLEPT IN A DOUBLE BED BUT WHICH HAD SMALLER DIMENSIONS. THE SWIMMING POOL WAS NOT IN USE. WE WERE PROBABLY THE FIRST GUESTS THIS SPRING/SUMMER. HOWEVER, THE LOCATION HAS AN INCREASED POTENTIAL. WITH SOME INVESTMENTS YOU CAN GET SOMETHING VERY BEAUTIFUL. I SAW THAT SOME NEW BUILDINGS ARE APPEARING IN ARBANASI AND THAT SOME BUILDINGS ARE BEING MODERNIZED. AS LONG AS WE WERE GONE ALL THE TIME AND ARRIVED AT THE LOCATION ONLY IN THE EVENING, THESE ASPECTS DIDN'T MISS US TOO MUCH, BUT I WANTED TO MENTION THEM (AS A PERSONAL OPINION)

Best place ever

This place is amazing! The whole house is really good equipped with everything you need! We were really impressed by the host, honestly he was the most kind and nice host i have ever met! This place would deserve 100 stars! The pool was amazing, the rooms are really big and cozy, the kitchen is well equipped with everything that you need and the garden is also pretty big and well decorated! If you have any kind of issue and you contact the host, everything will be solved within minutes! It was amazing and we can t wait to return!

Great stay in Arbanassi.

Very quiet location. Great for kids, great for walks in the village. You have everything you need in terms of barbecue and kitchen. The pool is great for kids. The host is very helpful and nice. Air conditioning very useful on the terrace.

Mosquitoes nets for the doors and windows should be a must. Bathrooms are a bit smelly.

Feels like home away from home!

The whole village is amazing! I think is one of the most well preserved villages in Europe, it feels out of this time entirely. The house is beautiful, located at the end of the village, a very quiet place, next to a monastery. Every room has a bathroom with shower and separate entrance, so you can keep the privacy if you share the villa with some friends. The kitchen is very well equipped, dishes and appliances, you have everything you might need, including a barbeque area. There is also a place to park your cars next to the entrance. The host is very nice, speaks English very good and is very helpful. He expected us with cold beer, fruits and water - was a very nice surprise after a long road. Thank you very much for everything! If you go for a walk in Veliko Tarnovo (you can get there by car) in a hot, sunny day, when you return home the pool is a very nice surprise, big enough for 6-10 people to enjoy it. Whole place, the host and the village made our weekend perfect! Great place for a vacation!

We couldn’t enjoy the pool but that’s because of the season (we went in April when the weather was still too cold). Maybe next time we’ll return with in a warmer season!

The perfect weekend away! Will be back!

The location is great. It's quite close to local restaurants and it's right at the back of the church. It's amazingly quiet. There's a nice kitchen where we had a fireplace and used to make a bbq. The garden is huge and we dined out a few times when weather was good. The rooms were big and cosy. There's 3 bathrooms which is great. The host was extremely polite and hospitable. We really had a great time! Even wanted to stay few extra nights 🙂

Nice place, good location close to Veliko Tarnovo, very pleasant host and available to offer his help for all your questions and/or demands, very well equiped with all you can need (including barbeque!), nice pool and friendly cats 🙂.

Home away from home

Holiday Home Arbanasi is home away from home - it features all the amenities you can think of and possibly meet. The house is spacious, perfect for 2 family with kids or a group of friends. There is a pool, separate kitchen space with dining area and huge yard. The host was very friendly and helpful and supported us during our stay without being intrusive. Without a doubt, this is a place where we'd love to come back and until then we'll give as a great example of hospitality and how a holiday house should look like.

Perfect, perfect, perfect

Huge house, huge rooms, a beautiful courtyard and an amazing swimming pool, there is no other place I go to when traveling to Arbanasi. Been here 3 times, I'll always come back here. Big kitchen with all the amenities you can think of - from spices to rice, spaghetti... you name it. Plus they have a barbecue so you can bring your own food (Kaufland is 4 km away, so there is no need to buy food from home, you can find everything on the spot there).

Een groot authentiek huis met tuin en mooi zwembad. Zeer goed uitgeruste keuken. Veel ruimte. De gastheer is fantastisch en communicatie gaat vloeiend. In leuk dorpje, vlakbij restaurants. Leuke wandeling naar Veliko Tarnovo.

Accueil et gentillesse du propriétaire qui nous a même accompagnés pour une visite à l'hôpital. Charme du gîte spacieux et propre. Boissons et nourriture de bienvenue. Fond d'épicerie fourni. Disponibilité, conseils et accompagnement tout au long du séjour. La piscine est un atout supplémentaire. Endroit calme. A recommander vivement!

Беше чисто, подредено, климатиците бяха пуснати (в този ден беше 35 градуса). Собственикът е адски любезен и отзивчив - специално ни купи въглища за барбекюто след като попитахме дали има. Басейнът е чист и достатъчно дълбок и широк дори за плуване (на снимките изглежда по-малък).
