Schöne Maisonette Wohnung mit sinnvoller Ausstattung. Klimaanlage in den Schlaf- und Aufenthaltsräumen. Je nach Sonnenstand kann die Lounge-Ecke vor der Villetta oder die Sitzgelegenheit dahinter genutzt werden. Patrizia hat uns warmherzig empfangen und hat prompt, d.h. auch sehr zeitnah auf unsere Anfragen reagiert.
Es hat alles wunderbar gepasst.

When the wind stopped, mosquitoes appeared, so be sure to have something to counter them.

Gute Lage, zwischen Soverato und Catanzaro Lido. Zum Strand und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten nur mit Auto erreichbar.
Sehr Hellhörig, sehr dünne Wand zu den Nachbarn Wohnungen, man hat jedes Wort gehört, kaum Privacy.Steile Treppengeländer, nicht geeignet und gesichert für kleine Kinder. Werden uns den Aufenthalt beim nächsten Besuch in Kalabrien wo anders suchen.
