The hot tub made it for us, we spent so much time in it watching the sunsets and relaxing!! Loved the apartment would go

Lovely apartment in walking distance to Trogir and a seaside resort if you wish .

Beautiful clean apartment with lovely sea views . Very well equipped . A small plunge pool with comfy sun beds was lovely rather than going to the beach . If you like walking , there is a short cut , 10 minutes to the beautiful town of Trogir . Very helpful host.

Minor points , a hook at the back of the shower door mirrors in the bedroom and a working safe would have been good. Also the property is on a busy road and therefore it is a 25m walk in to town which you would need to do when it is dark , however Ubers were cheap , c 5 euros to town .

Spacious and cosy apartment with pool and nearby beach

Very symphathetic apartment in the brand new building, with balcony, pool and small beach just over the road. Kind and quick response from host, very helpful stuff. On the street You find small grocery store and cosy beach restaurant. Nice walk over the small hill to the oldtown.

Nice place, but owner will try to scam you

Property is very close to the beach. There is a store and restaurant close by.

The owner claimed false damage on us outside of booking after we left the place in mint condition, which is more than ridiculous. After this we checked the google reviews about her and its visibly not the first time she is trying to do to make more money. She is doing anything to make an extra buck…

Luxurious apartment, nice views, convenient location.

Luxurious flat, well appointed, well designed. We had a top floor flat, with the use of hot tub on the roof, with its amazing views. Floor-to-ceiling windows gave great views too. Location is very convenient for getting in and out of Trogir, but also steps away from the beach and shops. Staff helpfully arranged laundry for us onsite.

The road in front of the apartment is very busy; if you want to get away from traffic noise, I suggest to look elsewhere.

Amazing stay at Villa Royal

Super modern and clean with really comfy beds. Having 2 bathrooms with great showers was great when you have teenage children too. Within walking distance of some lovely restaurants. Took the water taxi across to the Old Town which was great too. Would highly recommend Villa Royal. Carolina our host was there to meet us and on hand whenever we had any questions. Pool was great, especially when only shared with a few apartments. Thanks for a lovely stay.

Brilliant place to stay

Apartment was very clean and nicely decorated, exactly as in the pictures. There is cooling in every room so you can easily adjust the temperature according your preferences. There is very nice beach just across the street and pool with sunbeds on the yard. Free car parking is available and it is very valuable as parking spots are hard to find. Overall very good selection for your holiday.

Very well located and comfortable apartment.

Very clean, tasteful decoration, great showers, well equipped and wonderful balcony with sea views. Restaurants, shops and ferry to the centre of Trogir all within a few metres.

Excellent facilities- just a couple of small suggestions: hooks on the back of the bedroom doors and kitchen scissors.

Excellent accommodation which we thoroughly enjoyed.

The apartment was bright and modern with air conditioning and everything you could need and more. Everything was spotless and had the feel of brand new or just refurbished property. We took one of the penthouse apartments which had rooftop access to our own hot tub with a bathing area which had an excellent pergola to control how much shade we needed.

There was nothing to fault the property. Unfortunately while there some road construction was happening outside which did mean some noise until approx 4pm on weekdays.

Stunning apartments 😍

We loved these apartments, they were spotlessly clean and had everything we could possibly need, the soft furnishings down to the electrical items were top quality, the beds were extremely comfortable with great pillows. The Villa Royal apartments should have a 5 star rating from my experience. Would highly recommend.

The only thing we didn't like was the walk into Trogir old town although it was a 20 minute walk there are no foot paths so was dangerous walking along the road with a steady flow of traffic and bikes.

Karolina the host was great and very helpful! She help us with anything we wanted. Next year we are coming back. The only thing that surprised us was the jacuzzi terrace on top of the building. The roof is divided into two personal spaces but there is only one entry. Still we had great time there.

The flat is very modern and full of light. Everything was there, lots of towels, kitchen utensils - we didn't miss anything. The wellness area in the basement is very nice with shower, Jacuzzi and sauna. Make sure you communicate your preferences regarding Jacuzzi temperature before you intend to use it.

Would be nice to have some information regarding local recycling procedures.

Diese Unterkunft kann man nur als großartig beschreiben. Modern, komfortabel und mit einer tollen Lage. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend so das kein Wunsch offen blieb. Gerne kommen wir wieder!

Perfektná dovolenka

Ubytovanie bolo naozaj luxusné, vybavené všetkým potrebným. Realita je omnoho lepšia, ako prvý dojem z fotografií. Počas nášho príchodu bol silný dážď, majiteľka však aj napriek tomu prišla na miesto, aby nás privítala a ukázala nám ubytovanie. Mali sme apartmán s vírivkou, ktorá sa nachádza na terase nad apartmánom a aj túto sme párkrát využili. Je z nej nádherný výhľad na more. Z ubytovania je to len pár metrov cez cestu na príjemnú pláž s pozvoľným vstupom do mora. Nikdy nebola preplnená a miesto sme vždy bez problémov našli. Kúsok od ubytovania je tiež mólo, z ktorého jazdí lodný taxík do Trogiru. Vyskúšali sme, neľutujeme. Pár kilometrov je aj do Splitu, takže miest na prípadné výlety počas dovolenky je viac ako dosť. Slová niekedy málo povedia, lepšie je zažiť... Ďakujeme...

Flot nyrenoveret lejlighed. Gode senge. God aircon i alle rum. Alt var godt indenfor. Lækker strand var lige nedenfor - ca. 20 m. Større supermarkeder og feriebyliv var lidt længere væk - måske 1 km.

Pool havde meget skrå sider, så du kunne ikke gå forbi andre personer uden at komme meget tæt på. Bortset fra det, så var det en lækker lille pool.

Fantastisch verblijf gehad!

Wij zijn meer dan tevreden over ons verblijf bij Villa Royal. Vanaf het eerste moment werden we hartelijk ontvangen, en we konden zelfs eerder dan gepland onze kamer in. Ik verbleef hier samen met mijn partner en we waren allebei direct onder de indruk van hoe schoon, netjes en fris het appartement rook. Alles was tot in de puntjes verzorgd. De locatie is perfect: een ideale uitvalsbasis voor uitstapjes naar het strand (ongeveer 15 minuten lopen vind je een strandje met gezellige strandtentjes), naar Trogir, en natuurlijk naar de Krka-watervallen. Ook op de dagen dat we gewoon wilden ontspannen, was het heerlijk vertoeven bij het schone en goed onderhouden zwembad. Elke ochtend was alles weer netjes. Op de dag van vertrek deden we nog een tour en kwamen pas in de avond terug. Wat we enorm waardeerden, is dat we onze koffers veilig in de kelder mochten zetten én dat we daar nog even konden douchen voordat we gingen vliegen. Een attente service welke vooral door mijn partner werd gewaardeerd. Wij verbleven begin juni, een ideale periode: nog niet te druk op de wegen of in de steden, maar wel al heerlijk weer. Kortom: Villa Royal is een plek waar gastvrijheid, netheid en comfort samenkomen. Als we terugkeren naar deze regio, weten we zeker waar we willen verblijven!
