About this apartment rental
We are on the third floor, on a quiet part of the building away from the pool. Accessing the pool is easy, but you don’t have the noise. Third floor is also great because you don’t have to depend on the elevator if you’re able to climb stairs! We have continuously made improvements on this unit since we purchased it eight years ago. Check us out!

We enjoyed staying in this apartment. Communication with the owner was very helpful and easy. The special appreciation for Availability of beach amenities like umbrellas and chairs!

Condo was excellent. Small issue with a/c but fixed right away! Weather was the biggest issue, most rain we ever had in Florida.

Host very easy to work with and the accommodations were fantastic. Very comfortable furnishings and the views from the balcony were amazing. Looking forward to coming back again next year.
