About this apartment rental
The apartment is recently renovated and is equipped with all the comforts heating, air conditioning, satellite TV and internet connection upon request. It consists of a double/triple room, as required, a bathroom, a large living room with a kitchen and a sofa bed overlooking the harbour dock, where yachts and cruise ships make their entrance every morning. The apartment can accommodate up to six people and is strictly non-smoking.
The apartment is located in the famous Marina District for local and international cuisine, shopping, handicrafts, cafes, wine bars, pubs, live music. A few steps away from the old city walls, the Roman amphitheater and Nuragic Culture Museum do not miss a coach to sand wear on Poetto Beach or a sunset dip from the pebble beach of Calamosca. Many festivals throughout the year, the main event is the World Heritage Sant'Efisio festival which is held annually on May 1st. Many natural park around the hotel, including Molentargus Regional Park home to pink flamingos, a delight for birdwatchers.

Great lounge and kitchen area with views of the marina. Everything to see, eat and enjoy was close by. We stayed two weeks and cooked our own food (with items from the Sardinian food shop) and also ate out. You need to be fit as the main places to see and enjoy were accessible by lots of steps!

Beautiful views and a spacious, open layout made for a relaxing stay. The bedroom was wonderfully quiet no outside noise or traffic at all. The home was thoughtfully stocked with essentials, including a hair dryer and other basics, which made things even more convenient. We truly enjoyed our time here and would happily stay again!Thank you

An excellent, spacious base for exploring Cagliari with a view of the port. Right next to a very popular gelateria and handy to some excellent restaurants it is within walking distance to most of the important sites. Highly recommended if you don’t mind one steep flight of steps.
