Havasu home located on the lake side of the highway 95.
2.4 miles away from Windsor launch ramp just down the street.
Located next to BLM land for atvs and all off road adventures.
Quiet neighborhood and very private location.
This home features 3 cozy bedrooms, 2 masters with a king beds and the other bedroom a queen. Open concept living. Kitchen is stocked with the basics. 1700 sq ft of a roomy quant space this will fit a small family or 2 couples to come and hit the lake for the day and get a great night sleep with tv's and wifi.
