Fully furnished two bed room, two bathroom, oceanview condominium directly on the no drive portion of New Smyrna Beach. Located on the second floor of Castle Reef Condominiums, this unit also provides a gorgeous view of the courtyard as well as pool and ocean from the living room balcony. The unit is steps away from the pool and beach and can sleep 6 with the following amenities: queen size bed in the master bedroom, two twin beds in the guest bedroom and a sleeper sofa in the living room. The kitchen is fully stocked with pots/pans, appliances, dishware, utensils, etc. ready for use. The unit is also fully tiled with no carpet other than accent rugs.
In addition, the unit also features it's own wifi as well as cable and a smart TV.
To help with your outdoor fun, this unit also provides beach accessories ready for your enjoyment during your stay such as Tommy Bahama beach backpack beach chairs for easy carrying to the beach as well as sand toys for the little ones and a carry cooler to help keep your snacks cold. There is also a pack and play in the guest bedroom closet so you don't need to travel with one.
Condo amenities include BBQ Grills, Ocean front shuffleboard, tennis courts and a book lending library in the clubhouse to name a few.

Although Milton tried to cancel our trip, we made it! Alena was very communicative and made sure we were taken care of. The steps were taken out by the hurricane and we had to walk a few hotels down to even access the beach :-( We love staying at Castle Reef regardless!

Our family absolutely enjoyed our stay here! Well stocked in the kitchen, comfy beds, and right near the pool and beach! We loved being across the street from a grocery store and a few restaurants as well. Alena was very helpful and so easy to work with! Enjoy your time - we will be back!
