De locatie van het huis(je) was bijzonder, achter de bamboe rustig gelegen. Straatje oversteken, een trap af en je stond op het strand (dat niet zo bijzonder is). Het strand wordt vooral door de plaatselijke bewoners bezocht om te zwemmen in zee. wat daar uitstekend kan (langzaam aflopend). Met 5 autominuten zit je in Argostoli, of wandelen over een vlak pad in 30 minuten langs de kust onder de bomen. Wandelend de andere kant op over een mooi kustpad, zijn er diverse beschutte toegankelijke baaitjes waar het ook heerlijk toeven is. En het weidse uitzicht over zee, met af en toe een passerend cruiseschip. Taverne nabij: redelijke kwaliteit en prijzen. De gehele dag geopend ook voor alleen een drankje. Voor de wandelaars: er zijn diverse uitgezette wandelroutes in de buurt.

Niets viel ons tegen.

Great beach location and nicely presented property.

Maybe cut down the bamboo a bit to let some more light in. It was a bit gloomy in the mornings.

Great! Location is fantastic, in front of the beautiful beach and sea, very quiet, and equipped with everything is necessary. The owner and his mother are very kind and helpful people; they immediately provided us with more pots when we asked for them.

It is difficult to find something bad. If I really have to do this, there are a lot of mosquitos, maybe caused by vegetable gardens nearby. But windows are equipped with mosquito nets. Car is necessary.

Just on the beach where locals swim. Only 2 mins drive from centre of Argostoli but feels like miles away!. House well kept and good privacy behind dense bamboo plants.
