El servicio es excelente. Todo el personal es muy atento. Muy buena ubicación cerca de la calle de compras. Tienen shuttle gratis a la estación de tren lo cual es muy conveniente. El desayuno es delicioso toda una experiencia. El onsen con vista a la montaña muy relajante. La habitación con balcón muy amplia. El baño se veía recién renovado. Volvería sin dudarlo.

フロントスタッフの方や、駐車を誘導してくださったスタッフの方や、配膳のスタッフの方が丁寧で優しく、気さくに話しかけてくださる姿がとても良いなと思いました！ また、お風呂場に置いてあるダイソンのドライヤーがすごく有能で、買おうか迷っちゃうくらい、良かったです！
よくなかった点ではないんですが、少し悲しいなと思ったのは、喫煙するスペースが昔カウンターとして使われてたところだろうなと感じ、時代と共に使われなくなったところを見て、少し寂しく思いました。。。
