The Onsen was magical and the food incredible, the staff were wonderful

Das Ryokan ist ziemlich in die Jahre gekommen. Von aussen sieht es sehr ungepflegt aus. Der Eingangsbereich ist dann aber sehr schön. Das Empfangspersonal ist mittelmässig freundlich. Das Onsenerlebnis haben wir uns besser vorgestellt. Das Nacht- und Morgenessen war für uns ebenso kein tolles Erlebnis.. Man wusste nicht was man ass, alles roh und wir wurde doch ziemlich vom netten Servicepersonal belächelt, dass wir uns nicht auskannten und das Menue nicht verstanden. Mir ist der Appetit abhanden gekommen.
Futonbetten etwas hart. Zimmer aber gross. Sogar separates WC und Dusche. Es gibt ein schönes Restaurant mit Ausblick. Doch keine Ahnung wer dort Essen darf. Wir waren in einem Kantinen ähnlichem Raum ohne Fenster. Schlechtestes Erlebnis auf unserer Japanreise. Preis-Leistung stimmte für uns nicht.
