The accomodation is central, clean, modern and well-equipped.
We were charged 50 Eur for towels and bed linen. It was mentioned on booking that there will be charged an amount but we did not expect this high amount! Also we were asked after arrival to pay 100 eur deposit. This was also not stated anywhere.
Be prepared that the apartment is a bit noisy (closing doors and talking of the neighbours …).

spacious apartment with a fully equiped kitchen in the heart of Santa Teresa.
The apartment does not provide you with any basic cleaning items such as soap, washing up liquied and not even garbage bags. Be mindful of not being able to wash your hands with soap for example if you arrive in the evening and the shops are already closed.
You have to pay extra for the bed sheets (it is included in the description but not the price) which is 20 EUR/ person. We went with a 1,5 year old toddler and she didn't get a towel or a bed sheet for her cot.
You have to dispose your waste at the end of your stay and bring it to a waste disposal unit which is like 5 min drive from the apartment. Yes, it is noted on a billboard within the flat, but we found it unfair to be charged EUR 50 at the end after not being able to provide for such disposal. otherwise the owner charges you with 50 EUR.
The wifi is extremely slow.
