We loved the property. The house had a lived in quality(not the somewhat sterile ambiance of so many rentals) and was comfortable and well equipped. The grounds are lovely, and we mainly lived outside. The weather was hot, so the cold water of the pools was a refreshing bonus, and as the walls of the house are thick, the building stayed pretty cool. Alessandro was very welcoming, provided us with all the information we needed, and responded quickly when we had a problem.Some of us arrived after midnight (flight delays) and the road to the house was a real challenge in the dark. While GPS is great (essential), a good road map of Tuscany would have been a real help in exploring the countryside. And visitors should be aware of the limited access zones in the cities - rental companies do not tell you!A thoroughly enjoyable vacation - thank you!

The Garden was enchanting

This property is incredible. The house has lots of character and feels like a (unique) family home. The gardens are huge and gorgeous, and the kids loved playing in the stream which runs along side the property. Sandro was very friendly and always communicated promptly. Thank you!
