2 bedroom apartment (approx 65sq.m). Ideal for skiing and summer holidays - 3 minutes walk to City Xpress ski lift and 5-10 minutes walk to the centre of Zell am See.

Spacious balcony with room to enjoy meals and relax, it has wonderful panoramic view over the lake. The apartment is in a peaceful and quiet location with parking right outside the apartment.

The main bedroom has a double bed. The second bedroom is a very small room with adult size bunkbeds.

The following additional costs are paid to the local agency during your stay.

Great view , quite location up away from the traffic and tourists , approx 300 metres from zell am see express gondola. book a ski locker at the Brundl sports depot at the gondola to save carrying equipment back home each day. good heating in every room inc bathroom. small kitchen ,but has everything you need and heaps of good resturants close by. Spar and Billa supermarkets in the town and Lidl and Hofer a couple of kilometres away . excellent bus service to link Kaprun , Saalbach and Leogang inc in ski pass. Loved the location.

Clean and fully equipped, some may say a little dated, but we thought it had a lovely character. Great position just away from the busy centre but only a few minutes walk. Free parking and washing machine was ideal for us touring on our Vespas!

This was the second time myself and 3 other adults stayed in this apartment. They were very accommodating and let us check in early. The apartment was clean, comfortable and warm. It's not suitable for some as there is a steep hill to get to the building and then steps in the apartment block.

4 adults had a very comfortable stay here for a week skiing. Had all amenities we needed, warm and clean. Just be warned the apartment is up a hill which doesn't seem like much, but is tough to walk up in ski boots and carrying skis. Also the shower head does not stay on the wall so you have to hold it yourself-obviously not a big deal but am easy fix!

We visited Zel over the New Year week and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We originally booked the apartment for our family of 4 however added an extra 2 guests at the last minute with no problems. It was a bit of a squeeze with 6 of us due to our extra guests setting up camp on and around the sofa bed but perfectly manageable. The apartment had everything we needed for our stay including decent ski storage in the cellar area. The apartment is a very short distance from the main gondola however, those amazing views form the balcony come at a price. The apartment is at the top of a short but very steep hill. Perfect in the morning when gravity made up for our slow pace with tired ski legs but caused us a few dramas coaxing 3 tired ski bunny children to carry their kit back up at the end of the day. We booked ski hire through Euro Sport which is close to the apartment and we received a decent discount as well as discovering a free bar whilst we waited for fitting. However, ski locker hire was only available through Intersport (at the main lift) and at such a busy time of year they were only offering hire to their customers. If we returned we would pay extra for the convenience. I believe that in quieter weeks you can hire lockers regardless though. We arrived in resort at lunch time so had to wait out to collect our key. This wasn't an issue as we found a lovely bar to wait in however, in hindsight we should have used this time to arrange our ski hire and avoid the big queues later in the day. No fun with 3 tired children in tow. We caught the train to resort, easy enough with the transport details provided in our information sheet by our host. The train from the airport was fast and reasonably priced. We caught the resort bus back which was also reasonably priced. If you are visiting Zel with children then we can thoroughly recommend visiting Deims and Meins (I think it is called that) in the centre. They have a cosy basement bar with pool tables, dart boards etc and are very child friendly. We took up residence there most days. We were lucky enough to be invited to their roof terrace at midnight NYE to watch the fireworks too. The resort pass gives you access to runs across Kaprun. We traveled to the Kitschteinhorn one day using the ski bus (free with ski pass) and took a gondola across cot the top of the slopes in Kaprun. This sky gondola was very impressive and only opened ion Nov 19.

We had a lovely stay here, the property remained lovely and cool all day even when temperate got to 32 outside. The view from the balcony is amazing. Apartment was clean and tidy. We would have thought it to be a squeeze if 6 people stayed but with just 2 adults and a baby it was perfect! Added benefit of the washing machine which meant after a long day of walking we could do washing which we did a couple of times.

The flat has a great view and being just up from Zell Am See is in a good location. All the basic things like shower, cooker, washing machine worked well which is important when it's a family holiday. There's loads to do in the area too, all within easy reach of the flat. We had a couple of minor issues but the owners were great about getting these sorted out.

The apartment is in an excellent central location for all the facilities and entertainment in Zell am See. We would recommend both the property and the location. The listing description accurately describes both the apartment and location. As expected, the property was clean, well maintained and with all the facilities. The owner provided a list of local sites, English language DVDs and books. Zell am See has many activities for a family with young children. We would especially recommend the evening light/water shows, swimming in the lake, the cable car up Schmittenhoehe and boat trips across the lake. As you'd expect in Austria, food and restaurants are of a very high standard with a nice "buzz" in the evening, especially on Wednesday nights. Slightly further afield, the three gorges/cave are good value for money and the drive over Grossglockner Hochalpinestrasses is a must. For the more active, cable car assisted hiking and mountain biking are easily accessible from Zell am See.

Wir sind zu viert angereist. Leider war die Ankunft est um 20.30 Uhr möglich. Aber die Abholung des Schlüssels für die Wohnung war nach vorangegsgener Kommunikation Vorbildlich und problemlos. Wir waren aufgrund der Wettervorhersagen auf Dauerregen und Gewitter eingestellt. Das Wetter war aber ganz anders. Der Sommer war da und Zell am See zeigte sich von seiner wunderschönen Seite. Das Appartement ist mit allem möglich was man braucht ausgestattet. Die Betten wurden frisch bezogen und alles schön durchgelüftet. Die Aussicht vom Balkon..... Wow.... Ein Traum. Eine recht steile Auffahrt zum Parkplatz, aber kein Problem. Nur ein ungewohntes Gefühl. Also wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen sehr gerne wieder.

We liked the apartment because of its location and that it was big enough to house 5 adults and one child. It wasn't enough equipment in the kitchen when we wanted to make dinner. For example there wasn't any oventrays and we had to buy an own knife since the ones in the kitchen was really bad. There were some things that were broken in the apartment but nothing that affected our stay in any major way. Would rent again if we return to Zell am See.

Die Wohnung hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Es ist alles da, was man braucht, sauber und sehr schön eingerichtet. Die Lage ist ruhig und zentral, nah am Skilift und mit toller Aussicht auf den See. Om zell am See te bezoeken ideaal. Prachtig meer,winkels,restaurants,wandelen etc. Het appartement kan beter, muffige inrichting (slechte bank moet vervangen worden) schoon en vreselijk oud bollig (niet t Oostenrijk ‘s wat we meer gezien hebben). Meubels allemaal maar een beetje bij elkaar gezocht. Wij schrokken van het kamertje waar onze zoon moest slapen. Klein en nauwelijks in te bewegen. Allebei de slaapkamers kijken uit op een betonnen muren (vreselijk maar dat zag je natuurlijk niet op de foto’s). Wel een prachtig uitzicht vanaf het balkon. Parkeren was een ramp veel te weinig plaatsen (als er familie’s komen met meerdere auto ‘s) is het zo vol. Het bureau allinone-apartments zijn super. De dames hebben ons goed geholpen. De eigenaars Andy en Chris reageren snel op je berichtjes. Daar ligt het niet aan. Leuke vakantie gehad maar het appartement mag wel eens goed opgeknapt worden en meer gezelligheid in brengen.

Die Wohnung war voll ausgestattet. Der Ausblick vom großen Balkon sehr schön. Getrübt wurde dies durch die sehr dunklen Schlafzimmer im hinteren Bereich. Nicht akzeptabel war der Schimmel in der Dusche und Decke im Badezimmer. Wir haben vor Ort darum gebeten die Dusche zu reinigen und den Schimmel zu entfernen. Dies wurde uns versprochen aber nicht gemacht. Die Wohnung müsste wieder renoviert werden. Was auch unangenehm auffiel war der modrige Essengeruch im Flur.

Die Wohnung hatte alles was sie braucht. Küche war ausreichend ausgestattet... haben abends gekocht. Insgesamt Einfach, aber funktional. Zum Lift bzw. Skibus ist es problemlos zu laufen. Auch der nächste Supermarkt und Schlittenverleih ist Laufdistanz. Der Blick über den See ist fantastisch, der Sonnenaufgang über dem Berg toll. Wir waren 3 Erwachsene und 2 Kinder. Hat super funktioniert. Wenn auf dem Sofa noch jemand geschlafen hätte, wäre es schon sehr eng gewesen. Verwaltung war auch sehr nett. Einige Möbel sind reparaturbedürftig. Fön hatte nur englischen Stecker.

Wir waren als Familie in dieser Ferienwohnung und es hat uns sehr gut gefallen.Besonders der Balkon mit herrlichem Blick auf den See und die Berge, wo wir jeden Abend bei einem Glas Wein oder einem Bierchen den Urlaubstag ausklingen ließen. Das eine Schlafzimmer war etwas klein,aber doch ausreichend. Schön auch der Parkplatz direkt neben der Wohnung. Im Ort jede Menge tolle Gaststätten, vom Italiener über den Kroaten bis zum Thailänder haben wir alles ausprobiert, und es war überall hervorragend. Es gibt unzählige Sehenswürdigkeiten, da ist eine Woche Aufenthalt einfach viel zu wenig. Wir haben unseren Urlaub hier in dieser Wohnung genossen und können sie nur weiterempfehlen !

Aussicht aus der Wohnung ist perfekt. Fenster im hinteren Bereich, wo zwei Schlafzimmer sind, gehen auf die Felsen aus. Am hellen Tag da ist auch dunkel und die reingemachte LED Beleuchtung ist zu dunkel. Allgemein ist in der Wohnung ziemlich dunkel.
